3. Configuració
3.1 Unpacking and Checking Components
Carefully remove the blood pressure monitor and all accessories from the packaging. Ensure all components are present and undamaged. The package should include the main unit, arm cuff, and batteries.

3.2 Instal·lació de la bateria
- Obriu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del monitor.
- Insert four (4) AAA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
3.3 Col·locació del braçalet
- Insert the air plug of the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the side of the monitor.

4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Abans de la mesura
- Eviteu menjar, beure alcohol, fumar, fer exercici i banyar-se durant 30 minuts abans de la mesura.
- Descansa almenys 5 minuts abans de prendre una mesura.
- Seieu en una posició còmoda amb l'esquena recolzada i els peus a terra.

4.2 Aplicació del braçalet

- Traieu-vos la roba cenyida de la part superior del braç.
- Wrap the cuff around your bare upper left arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint.
- Ensure the air tube is positioned over the center of your inner arm.
- Fasten the cuff snugly, but not too tightly. You should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm.
4.3 Prendre una mesura

- Premeu el botó INICI/PARA button (power button). The cuff will automatically inflate.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement. If the Movement Detection icon appears, it indicates body movement, which may affect accuracy.
- Once the measurement is complete, the systolic pressure (SYS), diastolic pressure (DIA), and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
- The Hypertension Risk Indicator on the left side of the display will show your blood pressure classification.
- The reading will be automatically stored in the device's memory.

5.3 Substitució de la bateria
When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace all four batteries with new AAA batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
