5. Configuració

5.1 Desembalatge

Carefully remove the printer from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for future transport or servicing.

Place the printer on a sturdy, level surface capable of supporting its weight. Ensure adequate space around the unit for ventilation, paper loading, and maintenance access. Avoid direct sunlight and areas with extreme temperature or humidity fluctuations.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Còpia de documents

1. Place the original document face-down on the scanner glass or face-up in the automatic document feeder (ADF).
2. Al tauler de control, seleccioneu la funció "Còpia".
3. Adjust settings such as quantity, color/black & white, duplex, and paper tray selection.
4. Premeu el botó "Inici" per començar a copiar.

6.2 Impressió de documents

1. Ensure the printer is connected to your network or computer via USB.
2. Install the appropriate printer drivers on your computer.
3. From your application, select 'Print' and choose the Xerox Color C70.
4. Adjust print settings (e.g., paper type, size, color mode, duplex) in the print driver.
5. Confirmeu i envieu la tasca d'impressió.

6.3 Escaneig de documents

1. Col·loqueu el document original al vidre de l'escàner o a l'ADF.
2. Al tauler de control, seleccioneu la funció "Escaneja".
3. Choose your scan destination (e.g., Scan to Email, Scan to PC, Scan to USB).
4. Configureu els paràmetres d'escaneig com ara la resolució, file format i mode de color.
5. Premeu el botó "Inici" per iniciar l'escaneig.

7. Manteniment

7.1 Procediments de neteja

• Exterior: Netegeu les superfícies exteriors amb un damp, drap sense borrissol. No utilitzeu productes de neteja abrasius ni dissolvents.
• Vidre de l'escàner: Clean the scanner glass with a glass cleaner applied to a cloth, not directly to the glass.
• Rodets de l'ADF: Netegeu periòdicament els rodets de l'ADF amb anuncis.amp drap per evitar encallaments de paper.

The printer will display messages on the control panel when toner cartridges or other consumables (e.g., drums, fuser) need replacement. Follow the on-screen instructions or refer to the service manual for specific replacement procedures.

7.3 Càrrega de paper

Open the desired paper tray and fan the paper stack before loading. Ensure paper guides are adjusted snugly against the paper stack. Do not overfill trays. Use only paper types and sizes supported by the printer.

8. Solució De Problemes
