1. Introducció
The BOYA BY-WM8 Pro-K2 is a UHF Dual-Channel Wireless Lavalier Microphone System designed for capturing audio with dual subjects. It is suitable for a wide range of wireless applications including interviews, electronic news gathering (ENG), electronic field productions (EFP), film production, business, and educational applications. This system provides reliable and high-quality audio transmission for professional use.

3. Component Overview
3.1. Transmitters (TX)
The system includes two bodypack transmitters. Each transmitter features an LCD screen for displaying channel information, battery status, and other settings. They are equipped with a 3.5mm input for connecting the lavalier microphone.
3.2. Receptor (RX)
The camera-mount receiver is designed to attach to your camera's hot shoe or cold shoe via the included adapter. It has a dual-channel capability, allowing it to receive signals from both transmitters simultaneously. The receiver also features an LCD screen for monitoring and a 3.5mm headphone output for real-time audio monitoring.

4. Guia de configuració
4.1. Instal·lació de la bateria
- Open the battery compartment cover on each transmitter and the receiver.
- Insert two (2) AA batteries into each unit, ensuring correct polarity.

4.2. Connecting Lavalier Microphones
Connect the 3.5mm plug of the omnidirectional lavalier microphone into the 'MIC IN' port on each transmitter. Secure the microphone to the subject's clothing using the included clip.
4.3. Connexió a dispositius d'enregistrament
The BY-WM8 Pro-K2 offers versatile connectivity:
- For DSLR Cameras/Camcorders: Use the supplied 1/8" (3.5mm) TRS to 1/8" (3.5mm) TRS output cable. Connect one end to the 'LINE OUT' port on the receiver and the other end to the microphone input of your camera.
- Per a telèfons intel·ligents (iPhone/Android): Use a 1/8" (3.5mm) TRRS output cable (sold separately or included in some kits) to connect the receiver's 'LINE OUT' to your smartphone's headphone/microphone jack. For iPhones without a 3.5mm jack, an official Lightning to 3.5mm adapter is required.
- For Professional Audio Recorders: Use the supplied 1/8" (3.5mm) TRS to XLR output cable. Connect the 3.5mm end to the 'LINE OUT' of the receiver and the XLR end to an XLR input on your audio recorder.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1. Encendre/apagar
To power on each unit (transmitter or receiver), press and hold the power button until the LCD screen illuminates. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the screen turns off.
5.2. Selecció de canals
The system offers 48 channels. To change the channel on a transmitter or receiver:
- Press the 'SET' button to enter the channel selection mode.
- Use the '+' or '-' buttons to navigate through the available channels.
- Press 'SET' again to confirm your selection. Ensure the transmitter and receiver are set to the same channel for proper operation.
5.3. Funció de silenci
On the transmitter, a dedicated mute function allows you to temporarily silence the microphone input without powering off the unit. Refer to the LCD display for mute status.
5.4. LCD Lock Function
The LCD will automatically lock after 30 seconds of inactivity to prevent accidental changes. To unlock, long press the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously.

5.5. Audio Monitoring
Connect headphones to the 3.5mm 'PHONE' output on the receiver to monitor the audio in real-time. This allows you to ensure optimal sound quality and detect any potential issues during recording.

6. Solució De Problemes
- Sense so:
- Ensure all units (transmitters, receiver, recording device) are powered on.

- Change to a different channel to avoid interference from other wireless devices.
- Ensure the operating range (up to 100m/300ft without obstacle) is not exceeded.

- Receiver Auto Shut-Off:
- This may indicate low battery. Replace batteries.

- Keep the units clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Store the system in its protective carrying case when not in use to prevent dust and physical damage.
