- Positioning the Pillow: The Flowpillow Heat can be used in various positions. For back or neck massage, use the adjustable strap to secure the pillow to a chair or bed. Ensure the pillow is positioned comfortably against the desired muscle area.

Instruccions de funcionament
- Encès: Press and hold the power button (refer to Figure 1) for 3 seconds to turn on the device. A 15-minute massage program will start automatically.

- Change Massage Direction/Program: The massage heads automatically change rotation direction periodically. The device offers three massage programs. - Apagar: To turn off the device, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds. The device will also automatically shut off after the 15-minute program concludes.
