2. Pour approximately 2 cups of water into the Safata de goteig. This helps to minimize smoke during cooking.
3. Plug the unit into a power outlet. The Power indicator light will illuminate.

• Graella: Ideal for achieving classic grill marks and searing meats, poultry, and vegetables.
• Placa de planxa: Provides a flat, even cooking surface perfect for breakfast items like pancakes, eggs, bacon, or for sautéing.

To switch plates, ensure the unit is unplugged and cooled. Lift the current plate using its handles and replace it with the desired plate, ensuring it is seated correctly over the heating element.
