3. Configuració

3.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

The PC60-Z tester requires 4 AAA batteries, which are included and pre-installed. Ensure the batteries are correctly oriented with the positive (+) side facing up. If replacing batteries, remove the paper slip before installation.

3.2 ZenTest Mobile App Connection

The ZenTest mobile app enhances the functionality of your PC60-Z tester. It is available for free download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

  1. Turn on the PC60-Z tester by pressing the power button. The Bluetooth icon will flash on the screen, indicating it's ready to connect.

4. Calibració

Regular calibration ensures accurate measurements. The ZenTest app provides step-by-step guidance for calibration.

4.1 Calibració de pH

  1. Prepare pH 7.00 and pH 4.00 (or pH 10.01) calibration solutions.
  2. Rinse the probe with purified water and gently dab off excess water with a clean tissue.
  3. Insert the probe into the pH 7.00 solution. In the ZenTest app, navigate to the 'Calibration' section and follow the on-screen prompts.
  4. Once the reading stabilizes, confirm the calibration point.
  5. Repeat the process for pH 4.00 (or pH 10.01) solution.

4.2 Calibració de la conductivitat

  1. Prepare 1413 µS/cm and 12.88 mS/cm calibration solutions.
  2. Rinse the probe with purified water and gently dab off excess water.
  3. Insert the probe into the 1413 µS/cm solution. In the ZenTest app, navigate to the 'Calibration' section and follow the on-screen prompts.
  4. Once the reading stabilizes, confirm the calibration point.
  5. Repeat the process for the 12.88 mS/cm solution.

5. Operating the Tester

The PC60-Z tester can be operated directly or via the ZenTest app. The app offers various display modes (Simple, Dial, Graph, Table) and advanced features.

5.1 Prendre mesures

6. Data Management with ZenTest App

The ZenTest app provides comprehensive data management features.

6.1 Manual Data Logging

In Simple Mode or Dial Mode, a 'Save' button is available. Pressing this button saves the current measurement data along with a screenshot of the display. Saved data can be accessed via the 'Data' button.

6.2 Auto Data Logging

In Graph Mode or Table Mode, an 'Auto Save' function is available. You can set a timer (in seconds or minutes) for automatic data logging. Once the timer is set, press 'Auto Save' to begin. The data will be automatically logged at the specified interval. Press 'Auto Save' again to stop logging.

6.3 Adding Notes and Photos

For any saved dataset, you can add extra information by pressing the 'Note' button. This allows you to input GPS location, sample name, user name, memos, and even attach a photo of the sample.

6.4 Organizing and Sharing Data

The app includes a file management function to organize your data into categories. You can select multiple datasets and assign them to a new or existing category. All data saved with a registered ZenTest account is stored in the cloud, preventing data loss and allowing synchronization across multiple devices. Saved data, including screenshots and photos, can be instantly shared via email by clicking the 'Send' button and entering the recipient's email address.

7. Manteniment

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and accuracy of your PC60-Z tester.

  • Neteja: Rinse the probe with purified water before and after each use. If the probe is visibly dirty, clean it with a mild detergent solution and rinse thoroughly.
  • Sensor Shield: The sensor shield is built on top of the probe to protect the sensitive glass membrane from accidental damage. Ensure it is clean and free of debris.
