GFCI outlet tripping.	This can sometimes occur with GFCI outlets due to the way smart plugs switch both live and neutral wires. Ensure there is no water ingress into the plug or any connected extension cords/devices. Test the smart plug on a different GFCI outlet or a standard outlet (if safe to do so for testing purposes) to isolate the issue. If using an extension cord, check for damage or water in the connections.
