5. Configuració i instal·lació

Segueix aquests passos per instal·lar la font d'alimentació:

1. Prepareu el vostre sistema: Ensure your computer is powered off and disconnected from the AC outlet. Open your PC case.
2. Traieu la font d'alimentació antiga (si escau): Disconnect all cables from your old power supply and remove its mounting screws. Carefully take out the old unit.
3. Muntar la nova font d'alimentació: Insert the Sharkoon SilentStorm Cool Zero 750W into the power supply bay of your PC case. Secure it with the provided mounting screws.
4. Connecteu els cables essencials:
   • Connect the 24-pin ATX motherboard cable to the corresponding port on your motherboard.
   • Connect the 4+4-pin or 8-pin CPU power cable to the CPU power connector on your motherboard.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

After installation, ensure the main power switch on the rear of the PSU is in the 'ON' position. You can then power on your computer.

6.1 Fan Control Modes

The SilentStorm Cool Zero 750W features two customizable fan modes, controlled by switches on the rear panel:

• Mode de ventilador zero RPM: When this mode is active (switch set to 'ON'), the power supply fan will remain off at low to medium loads, providing silent operation. The fan will automatically activate when the load increases to maintain optimal temperatures. If the switch is set to 'OFF', the fan will always spin.
• Mode de retard del ventilador: If enabled (switch set to 'ON'), the power supply fan will continue to run for approximately 60 seconds after the system is shut down. This helps to dissipate residual heat and ensures complete cooling of the system components. If the switch is set to 'OFF', the fan will stop immediately upon system shutdown.

8. Solució De Problemes

Si teniu problemes amb la font d'alimentació, consulteu els problemes i solucions més comuns següents:

• Sense energia:

  • Check that the main power switch on the rear of the PSU is in the 'ON' position.
  • Verify that the wall outlet is functional.
  • Confirm all modular cables are correctly seated in both the PSU and the components.
• Inestabilitat/Avaries del sistema:
