The BYGD 300W Car Power Inverter converts 12V DC vehicle power to 110V AC household power. It features dual AC outlets and four USB quick charging ports, providing a versatile power solution for various electronic devices on the go. This unit is designed for portability and includes multiple safety protections.

2. Informació important de seguretat

Read and understand all safety instructions before operating the inverter. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Entrada Voltage: Do not connect the inverter to power sources exceeding 12V DC. Connecting to 24V or 48V systems will damage the unit.
  • Limitacions de potència: For devices exceeding 150W, connect the inverter directly to the vehicle battery using the provided alligator clips. Do not use the cigarette lighter plug for loads above 150W.
  • Funcionament del vehicle: Ensure the inverter's ON/OFF switch is in the "OFF" position when leaving the vehicle to prevent battery drain.

4. Instruccions de configuració

The BYGD 300W Car Power Inverter offers two connection methods:

4.1. Cigarette Lighter Connection (Up to 150W)

  1. Assegureu-vos que l'interruptor ON/OFF de l'inversor estigui en la posició "OFF".
  2. Insert the cigarette lighter plug cable firmly into the inverter's DC input port.
  3. Plug the other end of the cigarette lighter cable into your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket.
  4. Proceed to Section 5: Operating Instructions.

Nota: This connection method is suitable for devices consuming up to 150W. For higher power devices, use the battery clamp connexió.

4.2. Bateria Clamp Connection (Up to 300W)

  1. Assegureu-vos que l'interruptor ON/OFF de l'inversor estigui en la posició "OFF".
  2. Connect the red alligator clip to the inverter's positive (+) terminal and the black alligator clip to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure connections are secure.
  3. Connect the red alligator clip to the positive (+) terminal of your vehicle's 12V battery.
  4. Connect the black alligator clip to the negative (-) terminal of your vehicle's 12V battery.
  5. Proceed to Section 5: Operating Instructions.

Precaució: Always connect the inverter to the battery before turning it on. Ensure correct polarity (red to positive, black to negative) to prevent damage.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

  1. After connecting the inverter to the 12V DC power source (cigarette lighter or battery), press the "ON/OFF" switch on the inverter to the "ON" position.
  2. The green "POWER" indicator light will illuminate, indicating the inverter is operational.
  3. Plug your AC devices into the 110V AC outlets or your USB devices into the USB charging ports.
  4. Assegureu-vos que el consum total d'energia de tots els dispositius connectats no superi els 300 W.
  5. When finished, turn the inverter's "ON/OFF" switch to the "OFF" position and disconnect it from the power source.

Important: Some devices, especially those with motors or heating elements, may have a higher startup (peak) wattage than their continuous wattage. Ensure the device's peak wattage does not exceed the inverter's 600W peak capacity.

6. Manteniment

  • Neteja: Periodically clean the exterior of the inverter with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
  • Ventilació: Ensure the cooling fan and vents are free from dust and debris to maintain proper airflow.
  • Substitució de fusibles: The inverter includes two external 30A fuses. If the inverter stops working and the "FAULT" indicator is lit, check and replace the fuses if necessary. Always use fuses of the same type and rating (30A).
  • Emmagatzematge: When not in use, store the inverter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
