Follow these steps for effective milk expression:

Prepare for Pumping: Find a comfortable and private place. Relax. Having a warm compress on your breast or gently massaging it before pumping can help stimulate milk flow.

Monitor Milk Flow: Milk will collect in the attached bottle. Continue pumping until milk flow slows or stops, or until your breast feels empty.
Switch Sides (Optional): If pumping from both breasts, switch to the other breast when milk flow slows.
Finish Pumping: Once finished, carefully remove the breast pump from your breast.

Important: Do not overfill the milk collection bottle. Transfer expressed milk to a suitable storage container immediately after pumping.
