5. Configuració
5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria
- Assegureu-vos que el multímetre estigui APAGAT.
- Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior de la unitat.

- Traieu la coberta amb cura.

5.2 Connexió del cable de prova
- Per a la majoria de mesures (voltage, resistance, diode, continuity, temperature, and current up to 200mA), connect the black test lead to the COM jack i el cable de prova vermell al VΩmACF jack.
- For DC current measurements between 200mA and 10A, connect the black test lead to the COM jack i el cable de prova vermell al 10A jack.
6. Instruccions de funcionament
Always select the appropriate function and range using the rotary switch before connecting the test leads to the circuit under test.
6.1 Mesurar DC Voltage (V=)
- Connect the test leads as described in Section 5.2 (COM and VΩmACF).
- Ajusteu l'interruptor rotatiu al volum de CC desitjattage (V=) range (e.g., 200m, 2000m, 20, 200, 500). If the voltage is unknown, start with the highest range (500V) and decrease as necessary.

6.2 Mesurar AC Voltage (V~)
- Connect the test leads as described in Section 5.2 (COM and VΩmACF).
- Ajusteu l'interruptor rotatiu al volum de CA desitjattage (V~) range (e.g., 200, 500). If the voltage is unknown, start with the highest range (500V) and decrease as necessary.
- Connect the test leads across the component or circuit to be measured. Polarity is not critical for AC voltage.

6.3 Measuring DC Current (A=)
- For 200mA or less: Connect the black test lead to COM and the red test lead to VΩmACF.
- For 10A: Connect the black test lead to COM and the red test lead to 10A.
- Set the rotary switch to the desired DC Current (A=) range (e.g., 20m, 200m, 10A). Start with the highest range if the current is unknown.
- Open the circuit where current is to be measured and connect the multimeter in series with the load.

6.4 Mesura de la resistència (Ω)

- Connect the test leads as described in Section 5.2 (COM and VΩmACF).
- Set the rotary switch to the desired Resistance (Ω) range (e.g., 200, 2000, 20k, 200k, 20M). Start with a higher range if the resistance is unknown.

6.5 Prova de díodes
- Assegureu-vos que el circuit estigui desenergitzat.
- Connect the test leads as described in Section 5.2 (COM and VΩmACF).

- Connect the red test lead to the anode and the black test lead to the cathode of the diode. A forward voltage drop (typically 0.5V to 0.8V for silicon diodes) will be displayed.

6.6 Prova de continuïtat

- Connect the test leads as described in Section 5.2 (COM and VΩmACF).
- Set the rotary switch to the Continuity (buzzer) symbol.
- Connect the test leads across the component or circuit path.
- If the resistance is below approximately 50Ω, the buzzer will sound, indicating continuity. The display will also show the resistance value.
6.7 Mesura de temperatura (°C/°F)
- Connect the temperature probe (K-type thermocouple, not included with all models) to the VΩmACF (positive) and COM (negative) jacks, observing polarity.
- Set the rotary switch to the °C or °F position.
- Place the tip of the temperature probe on or near the object whose temperature is to be measured.

6.8 Funció de retenció de dades

7. Manteniment
7.1 Substitució de la bateria
When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace the 9V battery as soon as possible to ensure accurate measurements. Follow the steps outlined in Section 5.1.
7.2 Canvi de fusibles
The 10A input jack is protected by a fuse. If the multimeter fails to measure current in the 10A range, the fuse may need replacement. Refer to the specifications for the correct fuse type. Fuse replacement should only be performed by qualified personnel.
