Instruccions de configuració

1. Desembalatge

Carefully remove all packaging materials, including tape and labels. Inspect the unit for any damage. If damage is found, do not operate the ice maker and contact customer support.

2. Col·locació

Place the ice maker on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clearance around the unit for proper ventilation. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight. The ambient temperature should be between 50°F (10°C) and 90°F (32°C).

3. Neteja inicial

Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. Remove the ice basket and wash it with warm water and a mild detergent. Wipe the interior with a soft cloth dampened with a solution of water and vinegar (1:1 ratio). Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

4. Primer ús

After cleaning, allow the unit to sit upright for at least 1 hour before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle. Plug the unit into a grounded electrical outlet.

Open the lid and pour potable water into the water reservoir up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill. Close the lid securely.

2. Powering On and Selecting Ice Size

Premeu el botó PODER button on the control panel to turn on the unit. The unit will typically default to a small ice size. To change the ice size (Small or Large), press the SELECCIONA botó. S'il·luminarà l'indicador lluminós corresponent.

3. Producció de gel

The ice maker will begin the ice-making cycle automatically. The first batch of ice may take slightly longer to produce. Subsequent batches will be faster. The unit will automatically stop making ice when the ice basket is full or when the water reservoir is empty.

4. Dispensing Ice

Manteniment

2. Deep Cleaning / Descaling

Perform a deep clean every 1-2 weeks, or more frequently depending on water hardness. This helps prevent mineral buildup and ensures optimal ice quality.

1. Unplug the ice maker and drain all water.
2. Prepare a cleaning solution: mix 1 part white vinegar with 1 part water, or use a commercial ice maker cleaning solution according to its instructions.
3. Pour the cleaning solution into the water reservoir up to the MAX line.
4. Plug in the unit and run 2-3 ice-making cycles. Discard any ice produced during this process.
5. Drain the cleaning solution completely.
6. Rinse the reservoir thoroughly by filling it with clean water and running 2-3 more ice-making cycles. Discard this ice and water.
7. Wipe down all interior surfaces with a clean, damp drap i assecar completament.

3. Emmagatzematge

If storing the ice maker for an extended period, ensure it is thoroughly cleaned and dried. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep the lid slightly ajar to prevent odors.
