3. Configuració

Desempaquetar el dispositiu: Carefully remove the TooQ TQR-210W card reader from its packaging.
Connexió a l'ordinador: Plug the USB cable of the card reader into an available USB port on your computer. The device is USB 2.0 compatible.
Instal·lació del controlador:
- For most modern operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux), the device should be recognized automatically as a standard smart card reader, and drivers will be installed by the system.
- If automatic installation fails or for specific DNIe functionalities, you may need to download and install the official DNIe software and drivers from the relevant government weblloc (per exemple, www.dnielectronico.es for Spanish DNIe).

4. Instruccions de funcionament

Prepare Your Smart Card: Ensure your DNIe or other smart card is clean and free of debris. Locate the gold-colored chip on the card.
Inseriu la targeta: Gently insert the smart card into the slot on the TooQ TQR-210W reader with the chip facing upwards (or as indicated by the reader's design, usually chip-first). Push the card in until it is fully seated. Do not force the card.

5. Manteniment

Neteja:
- To clean the exterior of the card reader, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

6. Solució De Problemes

Problema	Causa possible	Solució

Clean the card's chip with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the smart card application is running and configured correctly. Try restarting the application or computer.
PIN/Password not accepted.	Incorrect PIN/password. Card locked.	Verify you are entering the correct PIN/password. If the card is locked due to too many incorrect attempts, refer to your DNIe or smart card issuer's instructions for unlocking or resetting.
