5.1. Muntatge del dispositiu

Attach the DABMAN 65 to your car's dashboard or air vent using the provided mounting accessories. Ensure it is securely fastened and does not obstruct your view o interferir amb els controls de conducció.

5.2. Connexió d'alimentació

1. Connect the Micro USB cable to the DABMAN 65.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the provided 12V/24V car charger.
3. Insert the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. The device will power on automatically or can be turned on by pressing the power button.

5.3. Connexió d'antena

Connect the external DAB+ antenna to the MCX antenna connector on the DABMAN 65. For optimal reception, position the antenna on your windshield or another suitable location, ensuring it has a clear line of sight.

5.4. Initial FM Transmitter Setup

To transmit audio to your car radio:

1. Tune your car radio to an unused FM frequency (e.g., 87.6 MHz or 107.9 MHz). Choose a frequency with no existing radio broadcast.
2. On the DABMAN 65, press the 'Tx Scan' button or navigate to the FM Transmitter settings in the menu.
3. Select the same unused FM frequency on the DABMAN 65. This establishes the connection between the adapter and your car radio.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1. Encendre/apagar

Press and hold the power button (usually integrated into the scroll wheel or a dedicated button) for a few seconds to turn the device on or off.

1. Press the 'Mode' button until 'DAB+' mode is selected.
2. The device will automatically scan for available DAB+ stations upon first use or if no stations are found. You can also initiate a scan via the menu.

1. Insert a MicroSD card (up to 32 GB) containing MP3 files into the designated slot on the DABMAN 65.

10. Solució De Problemes

10.1. No Power / Device Not Turning On

• Charge the internal battery for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.

10.2. No DAB+ Signal / Poor Reception

• Verify that the external DAB+ antenna is securely connected to the MCX port.
• Adjust the position of the antenna for better reception. Ensure it is not obstructed by metal objects or tinted windows.
• Perform a full station scan in the DAB+ menu to update the list of available stations.
• DAB+ coverage may vary by location. Check local DAB+ coverage maps.

10.3. Bluetooth Not Connecting

• Ensure the DABMAN 65 is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and it is discoverable.
• Delete 'DABMAN 65' from your phone's paired devices list and attempt to pair again.
• Move your smartphone closer to the DABMAN 65.

10.4. No Sound from Car Radio (FM Transmitter)

• Confirm that your car radio is tuned to the exact same FM frequency as the DABMAN 65.
• Ensure the chosen FM frequency is clear and not occupied by another radio station. Try a different frequency if there is interference.
• Increase the volume on both the DABMAN 65 and your car radio.
