Resolució de problemes

Si teniu problemes amb el televisor, consulteu els passos habituals següents per resoldre problemes:

• Sense energia: Assegureu-vos que el cable d'alimentació estigui ben connectat tant al televisor com a una presa de corrent que funcioni. Proveu una altra presa de corrent.
• Sense imatge/so: Check all cable connections (HDMI, AV, etc.). Ensure the correct input source is selected. For sound, check volume levels and external audio device connections.
• Mala qualitat d'imatge: Verify the input source is providing a high-quality signal. Adjust picture settings (brightness, contrast, color) in the TV menu.
