1. Introducció

2. Instruccions generals de seguretat

Seguiu sempre les precaucions de seguretat bàsiques quan utilitzeu eines elèctriques per reduir el risc d'incendi, descàrrega elèctrica i lesions personals. Conserveu aquest manual per a futures consultes.

2.1. Seguretat de l'àrea de treball

• Mantenir la zona de treball neta i ben il·luminada. Les zones desordenades o fosques conviden a accidents.
• No feu servir eines elèctriques en atmosferes explosives, com ara en presència de líquids, gasos o pols inflamables. Les eines elèctriques generen espurnes que poden encendre la pols o els fums.
• Mantingueu els nens i els espectadors allunyats mentre feu servir una eina elèctrica. Les distraccions poden fer que perdis el control.

2.2. Seguretat elèctrica

• Els endolls de les eines elèctriques han de coincidir amb la presa de corrent. No modifiqueu mai l'endoll de cap manera.

• No agafeu mai la peça a les mans ni a la cama mentre talleu. Fixeu la peça a una plataforma estable.
• Agafeu l'eina elèctrica per superfícies d'agafada aïllades quan realitzeu una operació on l'accessori de tall pugui entrar en contacte amb cables ocults o amb el seu propi cable.
• Always ensure the lower guard is closed before placing the saw down.

4. Muntatge i muntatge

4.1. Blade Installation/Removal

1. Ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source before attempting any blade changes.
2. Manteniu premut el botó de bloqueig de l'eix.
3. Using the hex wrench, loosen the blade bolt by turning it counter-clockwise.
4. Lift the lower blade guard and carefully remove the old blade.
5. Col·loqueu la nova fulla al cargol, assegurant-vos que les dents apuntin en la direcció de la fletxa del protector de la serra.
6. Replace the blade bolt and tighten it securely with the hex wrench while holding the spindle lock button.
7. Release the spindle lock and check that the blade rotates freely and the guard moves smoothly.

4.2. Attaching the Parallel Guide Ruler

The parallel guide ruler helps achieve straight cuts parallel to the edge of the workpiece.

1. Slide the guide ruler into the slot on the front of the saw's base plate.
2. Adjust the ruler to the desired cutting width.
3. Tighten the locking screw to secure the ruler in place.

4.3. Connexió de l'extracció de pols

For a cleaner work environment, connect a vacuum cleaner to the dust port.

• Attach the 35mm dust port adapter to the dust outlet on the saw.
• Connect your vacuum cleaner hose to the adapter.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. Ajust de la profunditat de tall

The cutting depth can be adjusted to match the thickness of your material. The maximum cutting depth at 90° is 65mm (2.5 inches).

1. Loosen the depth adjustment lever located at the rear of the saw.
2. Raise or lower the base plate to the desired cutting depth. Ensure only a small portion of the blade teeth extends below the workpiece.

5.2. Adjusting Bevel Angle (Miter Cut)

The saw can make bevel cuts up to 45°. The maximum cutting depth at 45° is 45mm (1.8 inches).

2. Tilt the base plate to the desired angle (0° to 45°).
3. Tighten the bevel adjustment knob/lever securely.

5.3. Using the Laser Guide

The integrated laser guide provides a visual line for precise cutting.

• Locate the laser switch on the saw.
• Flip the switch to turn the laser on. A red laser line will project onto your workpiece, indicating the cutting path.
• Align the laser line with your marked cut line on the material.
• Turn off the laser when not in use to conserve battery (if applicable) or prevent accidental activation.

5.4. Fer un tall

Assegureu-vos sempre que la peça de treball estigui ben subjectaamped abans de tallar.

1. Connecteu la serra a una presa de corrent adequada.
2. Hold the saw firmly with both hands, ensuring a stable grip on the main and auxiliary handles.
3. To start the saw, press the double safety switch (requires pressing both buttons simultaneously for safety).
4. Deixeu que la fulla arribi a tota velocitat abans de començar el tall.
5. Guide the saw smoothly and steadily along your marked line. Do not force the saw; let the blade do the work.
6. Maintain a consistent feed rate.
7. Un cop finalitzat el tall, deixeu anar el gallet i deixeu que la fulla s'aturi completament abans d'aixecar la serra de la peça de treball.
8. Unplug the saw after use.

6. Manteniment

Un manteniment regular garanteix la longevitat i el funcionament segur de la serra circular.

6.1. Neteja

• Desendolleu sempre la serra abans de netejar-la.
• Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust and debris from the motor vents and blade guard.
• Wipe down the exterior of the saw with a damp tela. No utilitzeu productes químics aggressivs ni netejadors abrasius.
• Mantingueu la placa base neta per garantir un lliscament suau sobre la peça.

6.2. Cura de la fulla

• Inspect blades regularly for dullness, cracks, or missing teeth. Replace damaged blades immediately.
• Clean resin and pitch buildup from blades using a suitable blade cleaner.
• Store blades properly to prevent damage and corrosion.

6.3. Emmagatzematge

• Guardeu la serra en un lloc sec i segur fora de l'abast dels nens.
• Protegiu el cable d'alimentació de danys durant l'emmagatzematge.
