Configuració
1. Instal·lació de la bateria

Instruccions de funcionament
Prendre una mesura
- Find a quiet place to rest for 5-15 minutes before taking your measurement.
- Apply the cuff directly on your upper arm; it should be snug, but not too tight.
- Rest your arm on a table or surface so the cuff is at heart level.
- Sit in a chair with your back straight and your palm facing upward.
- Place your feet flat on the floor; do not cross your legs.
- Open the OMRON Connect app on your smartphone and select "Record Blood Pressure and EKG".
- Press the "START/STOP" button on the monitor.
- Place your thumbs on the metal sensing pads on the device.
- Remain still and do not talk until the measurement is complete and results are displayed.

Viewing and Sharing Data
After each measurement, your readings will automatically sync to the OMRON Connect app. You can:
- View personalized trend graphs and charts.
- Track progress over time.
