4. Instruccions de configuració

- Neteja inicial: Before first use, wash the stainless steel drum, grinding stones, and lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the motor base with a damp tela.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
The Chocogrind is designed for continuous operation up to 80 hours, with a timer that can be set for up to 99 hours (note: some models may have a timer in minutes, please verify your specific unit's display for "HOUR" or "MIN").
- Afegir ingredients: With the appliance unplugged, add your ingredients (e.g., roasted cocoa nibs, sugar) to the stainless steel drum. The capacity is a minimum of 700g and a maximum of 2kg (tested with cocoa nibs and sugar in a 70:30 ratio). Do not overload the machine.
- Tapa segura: Place the transparent lid firmly on the drum.
- Encès: Plug in the appliance. Press the power button on the control panel to turn on the unit.
- Estableix el temporitzador: Use the timer buttons (up/down arrows) to set the desired grinding duration. The timer can be preset up to 99 hours (or 99 minutes, depending on model). The display will show the set time.

Note on Timer: Some users have reported that the timer on their unit operates in minutes rather than hours, despite the display indicating "HOUR". Please verify the functionality of your specific unit's timer. If your timer operates in minutes, you will need to manually restart the machine for longer grinding durations.
6. Manteniment i Neteja
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Chocogrind refiner.
- Desconnectar: Desconnecteu sempre l’aparell de la presa de corrent abans de netejar-lo.
- Desmuntar: Remove the lid, grinding stone assembly, and stainless steel drum from the motor base.
- Components de rentat: Wash the drum, grinding stones, and lid with warm water and a mild dish soap. Use a soft brush or sponge to remove any residue. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap.
- Assecar completament: Ensure all washed components are completely dry before reassembling or storing. Moisture can lead to rust or damage.
