Configuració

1. Instal·lació de la bateria

  1. Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del rellotge.
  2. Insert one (1) 1.5V C LR14 battery for the clock mechanism.
  3. Insert two (2) additional 1.5V C LR14 batteries for the cuckoo sound feature.
  4. Assegureu-vos que les piles estiguin inserides amb la polaritat correcta (+/-).
  5. Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.

2. Instal·lació del pèndol

  • Gently attach the pendulum to the hook located at the bottom of the clock unit. Ensure it swings freely.

3. Configuració de l'hora

  1. Turn the minute hand clockwise to set the current time.
  2. For accurate cuckoo synchronization, it is recommended to set the clock to 7:00 AM first.
  3. After setting to 7:00 AM, press the "Reset" button on the back of the clock. The cuckoo will chime once.
  4. Then, advance the time by turning the minute hand clockwise to the current hour. The cuckoo will chime the corresponding number of times for each hour passed.
  5. Continue advancing the minute hand to set the exact minute.

4. Installing the Cuckoo Bird

  • The clock comes with several interchangeable bird figures. Select your preferred bird.
  • Gently place the bird into the designated slot within the cuckoo door. It is held in place by a magnet.

5. Muntatge del rellotge

  • The clock can be placed on a flat surface or mounted on a wall.
  • For wall mounting, use a suitable screw or hook (not included) in the desired location.

Funcionament

Hourli Campana

The cuckoo bird will emerge and chime the hour between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. For example, at 8:00 AM, it will chime eight times.

Nighttime Silence

The clock automatically silences the cuckoo chime between 9:01 PM and 6:59 AM to ensure undisturbed sleep.

Ajust de volum

Use the volume control button on the back of the clock to increase, decrease, or mute the cuckoo sound according to your preference.

Manteniment

Canvi de bateria

Replace all three C batteries when the clock's timekeeping becomes inaccurate or the cuckoo sound weakens or stops.

Neteja

Wipe the clock's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Resolució de problemes

Clock Not Keeping Time

  • Comproveu la polaritat de la bateria.
  • Substitueix totes les piles per unes de noves.
  • Ensure the clock mechanism is not obstructed.

Cuckoo Not Chiming

  • Verify that the sound batteries are correctly installed and fresh.
  • Check the volume setting; ensure it is not muted.
  • Confirm the time is within the 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM chiming window.
  • If the cuckoo mechanism is out of sync, try resetting the time as described in the "Setting the Time" section.

  • Ensure the pendulum is correctly attached and has clearance to swing freely.
