Ajust d'alçada

The desk's height can be adjusted using the integrated touch-screen controller. Press and hold the Up arrow to raise the desk or the Avall arrow to lower it. Release the button when the desired height is reached.

Presets de memòria

The controller allows you to save up to three preferred height settings for quick adjustments. To set a memory preset:

1. Ajusteu l'escriptori a l'alçada desitjada amb les fletxes amunt/avall.
2. Premeu el botó M. botó. La pantalla mostrarà 'S-'.
3. Premeu immediatament un dels botons numèrics (1, 2, o 3) to save the current height to that preset. The display will confirm 'S-1', 'S-2', or 'S-3' and then return to the height display.

Funció de temporitzador

The desk features a timer function to remind you to change positions. To activate the timer:

1. Premeu repetidament el botó T. button to cycle through half-hour increments (0.5h, 1.0h, 1.5h, 2.0h).
2. Once the desired time is selected, the display will stop flashing, and a small light in the top right corner of the controller will illuminate, indicating the timer is active.

A beep will sound when the timer expires, reminding you to adjust your position. To deactivate the timer, repeatedly press the T. button until the desk height is displayed and the small light turns off.

Manteniment

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your VIVO Electric Standing Desk, regular maintenance is recommended. Keep the desk surface clean by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Keep hands and fingers away from moving parts during height adjustment. Do not use the desk if the power cord is damaged or if the desk shows signs of damage.

Resolució de problemes

General Reset Procedure

If the desk encounters an error or becomes unresponsive, a general reset may resolve the issue. To perform a reset:

1. Unplug the desk from the power source.
2. Wait for at least 10-15 seconds.
3. Plug the desk back into the power source.
4. Manteniu premut el botó Avall arrow button on the controller for approximately 15 seconds until the desk initiates a reset cycle. The desk may move to its lowest position and then slightly up to indicate the reset is complete.
