4. Configuració
4.1 Càrrega de la bateria
Before first use, fully charge the camera's internal 900mAh battery. Connect the camera to a 5-15V DC power source using the provided Micro-USB cable. The Camera Status Light (LED) will indicate charging status.
4.2 Inserció de la targeta MicroSD
The RunCam 5 requires a MicroSD card (not included) for video recording. Ensure the card is formatted correctly for optimal performance.
- Supported Capacity: Up to 128GB.
- Recommended Type: Samsung U3 card (required for 2.7K@50/60fps and 1080P@120fps; U1 or above for other resolutions).
- File System: Ensure the MicroSD card is formatted to FAT32 to prevent errors.
To insert: Open the SD Card Locking Door, gently push the MicroSD card into the SD Card Slot until it clicks into place. Close the locking door.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Encès/Apagat
- Encès: Press and hold the Shutter Button for approximately 3 seconds until the Camera Status Light illuminates.
- Apagar: Press and hold the Shutter Button for approximately 3 seconds until the Camera Status Light turns off.
5.2 Enregistrament de vídeo
- Comença a gravar: With the camera powered on, short press the Shutter Button. The Camera Status Light will change to indicate recording is in progress (e.g., blinking red).
- Atura la gravació: Short press the Shutter Button again. The Camera Status Light will return to its standby state.
5.3 Configuration via QR Code
The RunCam 5's settings can be easily configured using the RunCam mobile application. This method involves generating a QR code with your desired settings on your phone or tablet, then pointing the camera at the QR code for it to read and apply the settings.
- Download the official RunCam App from your device's app store.
- Open the app and select the RunCam 5 model.
- Adjust desired settings such as video resolution, frame rate, EIS, and other parameters.
- Generate the QR code within the app.
- Point the RunCam 5 camera lens directly at the generated QR code on your screen. The camera will automatically detect and apply the settings.
5.4 Estabilització electrònica d'imatge (EIS)
The RunCam 5 supports Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) to reduce video shakiness. Currently, EIS is effective at 4K@30fps and 1080P@60fps. Ensure this setting is enabled via the QR code configuration if desired.
6. Manteniment
6.1 Neteja
Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar el cos de la càmera. Per a l'objectiu, feu servir un drap i una solució especials per netejar objectius per evitar ratllades. No utilitzeu productes químics agressius ni materials abrasius.
6.2 Emmagatzematge
Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove the MicroSD card if storing for extended periods.
7. Solució De Problemes
7.1 La càmera no s'encén
- Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. Connect to power and check the charging indicator.
- If unresponsive, press the Reset Button using a small, non-metallic pin.
7.2 Recording Errors / Frame Dropouts
- Verify that your MicroSD card meets the recommended specifications (U3 for higher resolutions).
- Ensure the MicroSD card is formatted to FAT32.
- Try a different, known-good MicroSD card.
7.3 Mala qualitat de vídeo
- Reviseu la lent per si hi ha taques o brutícia i netegeu-la si cal.
- Ensure you have selected the desired resolution and frame rate via the QR code configuration.
- Verify lighting conditions are adequate.
