3. Configuració

3.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

The KTKUDY Digital Kitchen Timer requires one AAA battery (not included) for operation.

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the timer.
2. Feu lliscar la tapa cap avall per obrir el compartiment.

3.2 Encès inicial

After installing the battery, locate the ON/OFF switch on the side of the timer. Slide the switch to the "ON" position. The display should light up, typically showing the clock mode (12:00 AM).

4. Instruccions de funcionament

The KTKUDY timer offers three main modes: Clock, Timer (Count Up/Count Down), and Alarm Clock. Use the MODE botó per canviar entre aquestes funcions.

4.1 Clock Mode

In Clock mode, the display shows the current time (AM/PM). To set the time:

4.2 Timer Mode (Count Up / Count Down)

In Timer mode, the display shows "TIMER" at the top right. The timer can count up from zero or count down from a set time.

4.2.1 Setting a Countdown Timer:

1. Ensure the timer is in Timer mode (press MODE until "TIMER" is displayed).

5. When the countdown reaches zero, the alarm will sound (or flash in silent mode).
6. Premeu CLAR to stop the alarm and reset the timer to zero. The memory function will recall the last set time if you press INICI/PARA de nou.

4.2.2 Using the Count Up Timer:

1. Ensure the timer is in Timer mode and reset to 00:00:00 (press CLAR if a time is set).
2. Premeu INICI/PARA to begin counting up from zero.

4. Premeu CLAR to reset the count-up timer to zero.

In Alarm Clock mode, the display shows a small alarm icon. To set the alarm time:

1. Premeu MODE until the alarm icon appears.

6. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, briefly press the INICI/PARA button while in Alarm Clock mode. The alarm icon will appear/disappear.

4.4 Mute/Loud Alarm Switch

On the back of the timer, locate the switch labeled "MUTE/LOUD". Slide it to "MUTE" for silent operation (display will flash when time is up) or "LOUD" for an audible alarm.
