6. Configuració

1. Prepara la pintura: Before filling the container, ensure your paint is properly mixed and has the correct viscosity for spraying. Use the included funnel to pour the paint into the container. The clear graduations on the container (300-800ml) help monitor paint levels.

2. Attach the Container: Securely screw the paint container onto the spray gun unit until it is firmly in place.
3. Seleccioneu el broquet: Choose the appropriate nozzle (Φ1.8mm or Φ2.6mm) based on the type of paint and the desired spray pattern and flow. The larger nozzle is generally for thicker paints or faster coverage, while the smaller one is for finer finishes.

7. Instruccions de funcionament

7.1. Adjusting Spray Patterns

The WORKPRO spray gun offers three spray patterns: horizontal, vertical, and circular. To change the pattern, adjust the air cap by rotating it. Press the blue button on top of the body to quickly detach the spray unit for easier adjustment or cleaning.

• Horizontal Jet: For spraying wider surfaces, move the gun vertically.
• Vertical Jet: For spraying taller surfaces, move the gun horizontally.
• Circular Jet: For small areas, corners, or detailed work.

7.2. Adjusting Paint Volume/Flow

The paint volume can be adjusted using the black trigger and the blue paint volume control knob located near the trigger. By controlling the force applied to the trigger and rotating the knob, you can find the optimal paint flow speed for your application.

7.3. Funcionament general

Once the paint is prepared and the settings are adjusted, hold the spray gun at a consistent distance (typically 6-12 inches) from the surface. Press the trigger to begin spraying. Move the gun steadily and evenly across the surface to ensure uniform coverage. Overlapping each pass slightly will help achieve a smooth finish.

8. Manteniment i Neteja

Proper cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and performance of your paint spray gun. Clean the unit immediately after each use.

1. Desconnecteu l'alimentació: Always unplug the spray gun from the power outlet before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
2. Empty Remaining Paint: Remove the container and pour any unused paint back into its original can.
3. Desmuntar els components: Press the release button to detach the spray unit from the motor. Unscrew the container, remove the nozzle, and air cap.
4. Netegeu totes les peces: Thoroughly clean all disassembled parts (container, nozzle, air cap, adjustable pipe) with the appropriate cleaning solution. Use water for water-based paints and a suitable solvent for oil-based paints. The included cleaning brush and needle are useful for reaching small areas and clearing clogs.
5. Neteja la unitat principal: Wipe down the exterior of the motor unit with a damp cloth. Ensure no liquid enters the motor housing. Do not pull out the sponge at the back of the unit.
6. Torneu a muntar: Once all parts are clean and dry, reassemble the spray gun. Store it in a clean, dry place.
