The SSM-F200 features several interfaces for versatile connectivity:

6. Modes de funcionament
The SSK SSM-F200 operates in two primary wireless modes:
6.1 Online Wireless/Remote Mode
In this mode, the SSK SSM-F200 is connected to the internet, enabling both wireless access (within the local network) and remote access (from anywhere with an internet connection).
- For Wireless Access: Ensure your device (phone, tablet, PC) is connected to the SSK SSM-F200's Wi-Fi hotspot or to the same router that the SSK SSM-F200 is connected to via Ethernet.
- Per a l'accés remot: The SSK SSM-F200 must be connected to the internet (via Wi-Fi or Ethernet). You can then access the drive from any internet-connected device using the SSKCloud App/Software and the device's unique UID.

6.2 Offline Wireless Mode
In this mode, wireless access is available when your device and the SSK SSM-F200 are under the same local area network (LAN). This can be achieved by connecting your device to the SSK SSM-F200's Wi-Fi hotspot or to the same router as the SSK SSM-F200, without requiring an internet connection for the drive itself.
7. Wireless Access
Per accedir al teu files wirelessly, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Activate Hotspot. Long press the power button on the SSK SSM-F200 to turn on its Wi-Fi hotspot.

For computer access, the SSKCloud software includes a "Samba Management" feature to automatically switch to the Samba interface, simplifying network drive mapping without manual IP address entry.
8. Remote Access via SSK Cloud
To access your SSK SSM-F200 remotely from outside your local network, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Connect to Internet. Ensure the SSK SSM-F200 is connected to the internet via its RJ45 Ethernet port to your router or by connecting its Wi-Fi to your home Wi-Fi network.
- Step 2: Enter Device ID. Open the SSKCloud App/Software on your remote device. Enter the NAS ID (UID) and password for your SSK SSM-F200. The UID can be found in the device settings within the SSKCloud App when connected locally.
- Step 3: Manage Files. Once connected, you can manage your files a distància.

9. Data Management and Backup
9.1 One-Click Backup
The SSKCloud App provides a "One-Click Backup" function to easily back up photos, videos, and other files from your mobile phone, tablet, or PC to the SSK SSM-F200. This helps prevent data loss.

9.2 Using the USB Host Port
Connect other USB storage devices, such as USB flash drives or card readers, to the SSK SSM-F200's USB Host port. You can then manage the files on these connected devices through the SSKCloud App/Software, allowing for easy transfer to or from the internal 2TB drive.

9.3 DLNA Protocol for Media Sharing
The SSK SSM-F200 supports the DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) protocol, enabling you to stream media content (videos, music, photos) directly from the drive to compatible devices on your local network, such as smart TVs, gaming consoles, and other DLNA-certified devices.
- Step 1: Check DLNA Compatibility. Verify that your target device (e.g., Smart TV) supports DLNA.
- Step 2: Connect Devices. Ensure your phone, Smart TV, and the SSK SSM-F200 are connected to the same Wi-Fi router. For smoother video casting, connect the SSK SSM-F200 to the router via its Ethernet port.
- Step 3: Cast Media. Open the SSKCloud App, select the media file you wish to play, and use the casting function to send it to your DLNA-compatible TV.

10. Manteniment
- Cura de la bateria: Charge the device promptly when the red LED blinks to indicate low battery. Use a 5V/1A or 5V/2A (for faster charging) USB power adapter.

- Drive Formats: The device supports NTFS and EXFAT formats. It comes pre-formatted as EXFAT for direct compatibility with both Windows and Mac OS without reformatting.

- Default System Folders: The drive contains default system folders under `\share_sda1` that cannot be deleted. These are necessary for device operation. You can create additional folders within this structure.
11. Solució De Problemes
- Slow Wireless/Wired Speeds:
- Ensure the device is not too far from the Wi-Fi router or your connecting device.
- Check for network congestion.
- If using wired connection, ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected and functional.
- Remote access speeds are dependent on your internet service provider's upload/download speeds.
- Connection Issues (Wi-Fi):
- Verify that the SSK SSM-F200's Wi-Fi hotspot is active.
- Ensure you are connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network (SSK's hotspot or your home router).
- Restart the SSK SSM-F200 and your connecting device.
- If experiencing difficulty connecting to your home Wi-Fi, ensure you are entering the correct password and that your router is broadcasting on 2.4GHz (5GHz is not currently supported by the device's Wi-Fi).
- Device Not Turning On or Recharging:
- Ensure the USB charging cable is properly connected to both the device and a working power source (5V/1A or 5V/2A adapter).

- Mac OS Time Machine Backup:
- Time Machine backup functionality is only supported when the SSK SSM-F200 is connected via USB mode, not wirelessly.
- For real-time synchronous updates and backups of designated folders on Mac, use the updated SSKCloud Software.
