4. Configuració i instal·lació

Proper installation ensures optimal performance and comfort. The T-COMVB comes with options for mounting the main unit and two types of microphones to suit different helmet designs.

Choose between the helmet mounting clamp or the adhesive mount based on your helmet type and preference. The clamp is generally suitable for helmets with an edge where it can securely grip, while the adhesive mount is ideal for helmets without such an edge or for a more permanent attachment.

4.2 Installing Speakers and Microphone

1. Remove Helmet Lining: Carefully remove the inner lining and cheek pads of your helmet to access the internal shell.

3. Select and Install Microphone:

   • Soft Cable Mic: Ideal for full-face helmets. Stick the small microphone directly onto the inside of the chin bar, close to your mouth.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Encès/Apagat

• Encès: Press and hold the Power/Multi-function Button for approximately 2 seconds until the blue indicator light flashes.
• Apagar: Press and hold the Power/Multi-function Button for approximately 5 seconds until the red indicator light flashes and the unit powers down.

5.2 Bluetooth Pairing (Phone)

1. Ensure the T-COMVB unit is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power/Multi-function Button for approximately 6-8 seconds until the red and blue indicator lights flash alternately, indicating pairing mode.

5. Once paired, the blue indicator light will flash slowly.

5.3 Intercom Pairing (Unit to Unit)

The T-COMVB supports intercom pairing with other T-COMVB units for rider-to-rider communication.

1. Ensure both T-COMVB units are powered off.
2. On both units, press and hold the Power/Multi-function Button for approximately 6-8 seconds until the red and blue indicator lights flash alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. Briefly press the Power/Multi-function Button on one of the units. It will search for the other unit.
4. Once paired, the blue indicator lights on both units will flash slowly.

5.4 Gestió de trucades

• Respon a la trucada: When a call comes in, it will auto-answer after 10 seconds, or you can briefly press the Power/Multi-function Button to answer immediately.
• Rebutja la trucada: Press and hold the Power/Multi-function Button for 2 seconds.

Two Bluetooth 5.0 T-COMVB units can share music. Ensure both units are paired via intercom and connected to a phone playing music.

5.7 Ràdio FM

• Activar/Desactivar: Triple-press the Power/Multi-function Button.

6. Manteniment
