1. Introducció

2. Instruccions de seguretat importants

Quan utilitzeu aparells elèctrics, sempre s'han de seguir les precaucions bàsiques de seguretat per reduir el risc d'incendi, descàrrega elèctrica i lesions a les persones.

• Llegiu totes les instruccions abans d’utilitzar el forn.
• No toqueu superfícies calentes. Feu servir mànecs o poms. Feu servir sempre guants de forn o guants de cuina quan manipuleu materials calents.
• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance itself in water or other liquid.
• És necessària una supervisió estreta quan qualsevol aparell és utilitzat per o a prop dels nens.
• Desendolleu la presa de corrent quan no utilitzeu i abans de netejar. Deixeu refredar abans de posar o treure peces i abans de netejar l'aparell.

3.1. Components principals

• Oven Unit: The main body of the mini oven.
• Tauler de control: Located on the right side, featuring three rotary knobs for Timer, Temperature, and Cooking Function.
• Double Glazed Door: Provides insulation and allows viewing of food. Designed for easy cleaning.

4. Configuració

4.1. Desembalatge

1. Traieu amb cura el forn i tots els accessoris de l'embalatge.
2. Remove any protective films, stickers, or packaging materials from the oven and its accessories.
3. Inspect the appliance for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.

4.2. Col·locació

• Col·loqueu el forn sobre una superfície estable, plana i resistent a la calor.
• Ensure adequate ventilation around the oven. Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm (4 inches) on all sides and above the oven to allow for proper heat dissipation.
• Do not place the oven near flammable materials such as curtains, tablecloths, or walls that are not heat-resistant.
• Assegureu-vos que el cable d'alimentació no estigui pinçat ni toqui superfícies calentes.

4.3. Initial Cleaning and First Use (Burn-Off)

1. Before first use, wipe the interior and accessories with a damp drap i detergent suau. Assecar bé.
2. Per eliminar qualsevol olor de fabricació, feu funcionar el forn buit durant uns 15 minuts.
3. Connecteu el forn a una presa de corrent amb connexió a terra.
4. Ajusteu el botó de temperatura a 230 °C.
5. Set the function knob to Top and Bottom Heat with Convection.
6. Ajusteu el temporitzador a 15 minuts.
7. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial burn-off; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
8. After 15 minutes, turn the timer to "OFF" and unplug the oven. Allow it to cool completely before use.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

The ICQN Mini Oven offers various functions for diverse cooking needs.

5.1. Perilles de control

• Top Knob (Timer): Sets the cooking time up to 90 minutes. Can also be set to continuous operation (stay-on function).
• Botó central (temperatura): Adjusts the temperature from 40°C to 230°C.
• Bottom Knob (Function Selector): Selects the desired cooking mode.

5.2. Funcions de cuina

The oven features 5 primary cooking functions, plus defrost and yogurt functions:

• Calor superior i inferior: Forn i rostit estàndard.
• Calor superior: Ideal per daurar la part superior dels plats.
• Calor inferior: Suitable for crisping bases or slow cooking.
• Convecció (amb ventilador): Circulates hot air for faster and more even cooking, ideal for large roasts or multiple trays.
• Top and Bottom Heat with Convection: Combines traditional heating with fan circulation for comprehensive cooking.
• Funció de descongelació: Descongela suaument els aliments congelats.
• Funció de iogurt: Maintains a low, consistent temperature (around 40°C) for homemade yogurt preparation.

5.3. Passos generals d'operació

1. Place the wire rack or baking tray at the desired level inside the oven. The oven has three rack levels.
2. Place your food on the baking tray or in an oven-safe dish on the wire rack.
3. Tanqueu la porta del forn amb seguretat.
4. Select the desired cooking function using the bottom knob.
5. Set the desired temperature using the middle knob (40°C - 230°C).
6. Set the cooking time using the top timer knob. The oven will start heating. An indicator light will illuminate.
7. When the set time expires, the oven will automatically turn off and a bell will sound. If using the continuous operation mode, manually turn the timer knob to "OFF" when cooking is complete.
8. Carefully remove the cooked food using oven mitts and the handle tongs for the tray/rack.

6. Manteniment i Neteja

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your oven. Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

6.1. Neteja interior

• The oven interior is enamelled, making it easier to clean.
• Netegeu les superfícies interiors amb anunciamp cloth and mild, non-abrasive detergent.
• Per a les taques difícils, es pot aplicar una pasta de bicarbonat de sodi i aigua, deixar-la actuar uns minuts i després netejar-la.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or metal utensils, as these can damage the enamel finish.
• Assegureu-vos que l'interior estigui completament sec abans del proper ús.

6.2. Neteja exterior

• Netegeu les superfícies exteriors amb un damp tela.
• No utilitzeu productes químics ni productes de neteja abrasius.
• Assegureu-vos que no entri aigua al tauler de control ni als components elèctrics.

6.3. Double Glazed Door Cleaning

The double-glazed door can be disassembled for thorough cleaning between the glass panes.

• Refer to Figure 6.1 and 6.2 for guidance.
• Carefully follow the instructions to remove the inner glass pane.
• Clean both glass panes with a glass cleaner or a damp drap i detergent suau.
• Ensure the glass panes are completely dry before reassembling.
• Reassemble the door carefully, ensuring all components are correctly seated.

6.4. Accessory Cleaning

• The baking tray, wire rack, and handle tongs can be washed with warm soapy water.
• Esbandiu bé i assequeu completament abans de guardar o reutilitzar.
