This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your NETUM Wireless Barcode Scanner (Model: NT-W6-X). 1.2 Càrrega de l'escàner

1.3.1 Connexió amb cable USB

Connect the scanner directly to your computer using the USB cable. In this mode, the scanner functions as a wired device and charges simultaneously. No additional drivers are typically required for basic scanning functionality.

1.3.2 Connexió sense fil 2.4G

Plug the 2.4G wireless USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer or device. The scanner will automatically pair with the dongle. This mode offers a transmission distance of up to 30m (99ft) in obstructed environments and up to 100m (330ft) in barrier-free environments.

To connect via Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled. 2.1 Modes d'escaneig

The scanner supports three primary scanning modes:

• Mode d'activació clau: Press the trigger button to activate the scan beam and read a barcode.

• Mode continu: The scan beam remains continuously active, allowing for rapid scanning of multiple barcodes without repeatedly pressing the trigger.

2.3 Barcode Programming Features

The NT-W6-X scanner can be programmed to customize barcode output:

• Add Terminator: Append characters like Tab or Enter after each scanned barcode.
• Add Prefix/Suffix: Add custom characters before or after the scanned data.
• Hide Character: Conceal specific characters within the scanned data.

2.4 Scanning Performance

Equipped with an advanced CCD sensor, this scanner is capable of reading 1D linear barcodes directly from various surfaces, including computer screens, mobile phone displays, and through glass or plastic shrink wrap. This makes it ideal for diverse inventory and POS applications.

3. Manteniment

To maintain optimal performance, regularly clean the scanner's lens and exterior. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the scanner.
