The Zippo Double Torch Butane Lighter Insert is a genuine Zippo accessory designed to upgrade your Classic Zippo lighter. It features a push-button piezo ignition system and produces two powerful blue flames that can reach temperatures up to 2,300°F (1,260°C). The insert is refillable with butane fuel and retains the iconic Zippo "click" sound.

4. Configuració

4.1 Inserting into a Zippo Case

1. Open the lid of your Classic Zippo lighter case.
2. Gently pull out the existing lighter insert from the case.
3. Align the Zippo Double Torch Butane Lighter Insert with the opening of the case.
4. Push the butane insert firmly into the case until it is securely seated.

4.2 Filling with Butane Fuel

The butane insert is shipped unfilled. For optimal performance, use Zippo butane fuel.

1. Remove the butane insert from the Zippo case.
2. Locate the refill valve on the bottom of the insert.
3. Hold the butane fuel can upside down and firmly insert the nozzle into the refill valve.
4. Press down for approximately 5-10 seconds. You may observe a slight frost forming on the insert, indicating it is filling.
5. Wait a few seconds after filling before attempting to ignite to allow the gas to stabilize.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Encesa

1. Open the Zippo lighter lid.
2. Press the push-button piezo ignition firmly to ignite the double torch flame.
3. Release the button to extinguish the flame.

5.2 Ajust de la flama

The flame height can be adjusted using the screw on the bottom of the insert.

1. Remove the insert from the Zippo case.
2. Using a small flathead screwdriver, turn the adjustment screw on the bottom of the insert.
3. Turn towards the "+" symbol for a larger flame, or towards the "-" symbol for a smaller flame.
4. Test the flame height and adjust as needed.

• Ompliment: Refill the insert with Zippo butane fuel as described in Section 4.2 when the flame becomes weak or fails to ignite.
