1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the Trevi 0ME3P08 Digital Radio Controlled Weather Station. This device provides accurate timekeeping, indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity readings, and a weather forecast indication. It also functions as an alarm clock. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper setup and operation.

3. Configuració

3.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Unitat principal: Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the main unit. Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover.
2. Sensor extern: Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the external sensor. Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover.

Nota: It is recommended to insert batteries into the external sensor first, then into the main unit, to facilitate immediate pairing.

3.2 Col·locació del sensor

Place the external sensor in a sheltered outdoor location, away from direct sunlight and rain, to ensure accurate temperature and humidity readings. The maximum wireless range is typically up to 30 meters (100 feet) in open areas. Walls and other obstructions may reduce this range.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Initial Synchronization (Radio Controlled Clock)

Upon battery installation, the weather station will automatically attempt to synchronize with the DCF (or similar) radio signal to set the time and date. This process may take several minutes or up to 24 hours depending on signal strength. Ensure the unit is placed away from electronic interference.

• A signal icon will typically flash during synchronization and become solid once successful.
• If synchronization fails, try repositioning the unit or manually setting the time (refer to the device's physical buttons for manual setting instructions, if available).

4.2 Mostra finalview

The LED display shows the following information:

• Hora: Format 12/24 hores.
• Date & Day: Calendar display.
• Temperatura i humitat interiors: Current readings from the main unit.
• Temperatura exterior: Current reading from the external sensor.
• Pronòstic del temps: Icons indicating predicted weather conditions (e.g., sunny, cloudy, rainy).

4.3 Funció de despertador

The weather station includes an alarm clock function. Specific buttons for setting and activating the alarm are usually located on the back or top of the unit. Refer to the device's physical buttons and on-screen prompts for detailed alarm setting instructions.

4.4 Backlight LED Display

The unit features a backlight LED display for improved visibility in low light conditions. A dedicated button (often labeled "LIGHT" or "SNOOZE/LIGHT") typically activates the backlight temporarily or adjusts its brightness.

8. Solució De Problemes

• Sense pantalla / Pantalla tènue:
  • Comproveu la polaritat de la bateria i assegureu-vos que les bateries siguin noves.
  • Replace all batteries in both the main unit and external sensor.
• External Sensor Not Connecting:
  • Ensure batteries are correctly installed in the external sensor.
  • Place the external sensor closer to the main unit.
  • Remove and reinsert batteries in both units to force a re-synchronization.
  • Avoid placing the sensor near large metal objects or sources of electromagnetic interference.
  • If the issue persists, the sensor might be faulty (refer to warranty information).
• Radio Controlled Clock Not Synchronizing:
  • Ensure the unit is placed in an open area, away from electronic devices that may cause interference.
