- Unpack the Trash Can: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the trash can and its components.
- Insert Liner Bucket: Place the black plastic liner bucket into the metal outer shell of the trash can. Ensure it sits securely at the bottom.
- Add Trash Bag (Optional): If desired, place a small trash bag (approximately 1.3 gallon / 5 liter capacity) around the rim of the inner liner bucket, tucking any excess bag material between the liner and the outer shell to secure it.
- Position the Trash Can: Place the trash can in your desired location, ensuring the step pedal is accessible.
