The Remko RKL 495 DC is a powerful mobile split air conditioning unit designed to provide effective cooling for various indoor spaces. Its inverter technology ensures maximum comfort by minimizing temperature fluctuations.
2. Instruccions de seguretat
Seguiu sempre les precaucions de seguretat següents per evitar lesions o danys a la unitat.
- Assegureu-vos que la font d'alimentació coincideixi amb els requisits de la unitat.
- No bloquegeu les entrades o sortides d'aire.
- Mantingueu la unitat allunyada de les fonts de calor i de la llum solar directa.
- No opereu amb les mans mullades.
- Desconnecteu la unitat abans de netejar-la o fer-ne el manteniment.
- Només personal qualificat ha de realitzar les reparacions.

3. Producte acabatview
The Remko RKL 495 DC consists of an indoor unit (evaporator) and an outdoor unit (condenser) connected by a refrigerant line.

3.1 Components
- Unitat interior: Houses the evaporator, fan, and control panel.
- Unitat exterior: Contains the condenser, compressor, and fan.
- Refrigerant Line: Connects the indoor and outdoor units, total length 3 meters, separable via quick-coupling system.
- Comandament a distància: Infrared remote for convenient operation. (Requires 2 AAA batteries, not included)
- Bomba de condensat integrada: Automatically removes condensed water.
3.2 Tauler de control i pantalla
The electronic control system features a digital display for temperature and operating status. Refer to the markings on the unit for specific button functions.
4. Configuració i instal·lació
The Remko RKL 495 DC is designed for easy setup. However, due to its weight (57.3 kg), it is recommended that two people handle the unit during unboxing and positioning.
4.1 Desembalatge
- Traieu amb cura la unitat del seu embalatge.
- Check for any signs of damage during transit. If damage is found, contact your supplier immediately.
- Conserveu els materials d'embalatge per a futurs transports o emmagatzematges.
4.2 Col·locació de la unitat
Place the indoor unit on a flat, stable surface. The outdoor unit should be placed outside, ensuring the connecting hose can reach without kinks or excessive tension. The standard equipment includes a hanging device for wall mounting the outdoor unit.

4.3 Connecting the Refrigerant Line
The 3-meter refrigerant line is equipped with a quick-coupling system for easy connection and disconnection. Ensure the connections are secure to prevent refrigerant leaks. The hose diameter is approximately 4 cm.
Nota: While the quick-coupling system allows for disconnection, frequent disconnection and reconnection should be minimized to preserve the integrity of the seals and refrigerant charge. For detailed instructions on connecting/disconnecting the quick-coupling, refer to the manufacturer's specific video tutorials if available, or consult a qualified technician.
4.4 Connexió d'alimentació
Connect the power cable to a standard 230V electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded and can handle the unit's power consumption (1.37 KW).
5. Instruccions de funcionament
The Remko RKL 495 DC can be operated via its electronic control panel or the supplied infrared remote control.
5.1 Encesa/apagada
- Premeu el botó Poder botó del tauler de control o del comandament a distància per encendre o apagar la unitat.
5.2 Selecció del mode
Utilitza el Mode botó per anar canviant pels modes de funcionament disponibles:
- Mode de refrigeració: For active cooling. Set desired temperature.
- Mode de ventilador: Circulates air without cooling. Note: Fan mode has only one speed.
- Mode automàtic: The unit automatically selects the operating mode based on the ambient temperature and set temperature.
5.3 Configuració de la temperatura
Utilitza el Temperatura amunt/baixada botons per ajustar la temperatura ambient desitjada. La pantalla digital mostrarà la temperatura configurada.
5.4 Ajust de la velocitat del ventilador
In cooling mode, use the Velocitat del ventilador button to select between multiple fan speeds (e.g., Low, Medium, High). This function is not available in fan-only mode.
5.5 Funció de balanceig
Activa el Swing function to enable automatic vertical oscillation of the air outlet louvers, ensuring even air distribution. The air outlet direction can also be continuously adjusted manually.
5.6 Funció de temporitzador
The unit features a programmable 24-hour timer. Refer to the remote control or control panel instructions for setting the timer to automatically turn the unit on or off at specified times.
5.7 Ús del control remot
The infrared remote control allows for convenient operation from a distance. Ensure direct line of sight to the indoor unit's receiver. Insert 2 AAA alkaline batteries (not included) into the remote control, observing polarity.
6. Manteniment i Neteja
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air conditioner. Always unplug the unit before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
6.1 Neteja del filtre d'aire
The unit is equipped with a removable air filter. Clean the air filter regularly (e.g., every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage) to maintain air quality and cooling efficiency.
- Apagueu i desconnecteu la unitat.
- Locate and remove the air filter from the indoor unit.
- Clean the filter using a vacuum cleaner or wash it with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
- Deixeu que el filtre s'assequi completament abans de tornar-lo a inserir.
6.2 Neteja exterior
Wipe the exterior of both units with a soft, damp drap. No utilitzeu productes químics agressius, abrasius ni dissolvents, ja que poden danyar la superfície.
6.3 Drenatge de condensats
The integrated condensate pump automatically handles water removal. However, if the unit is to be stored for an extended period, it is advisable to tilt the indoor unit slightly backward to ensure any residual water drains completely through the hose.
6.4 Neteja de la serpentina de la unitat exterior
Periodically inspect the outdoor unit's condenser coils for dust, pollen, and debris. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning. The coils can be gently cleaned with a soft brush or a low-pressure water spray. Avoid bending the delicate fins.
