The ATOMSTACK C4 Pro CNC Engraver & Router is a high-precision desktop machine designed for engraving, cutting, trimming, and carving a wide range of materials. Muntatge i muntatge

The AtomStack C4 Pro is designed for quick setup, arriving 70% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for complete assembly:

1. X-axis Assembly: Place the X-axis assembly horizontally into the base slots. Ensure a tight, seamless splicing to maintain accuracy.
2. Secure X-axis: After aligning, screw in the M5x8 screws to firmly attach the X-axis.
3. Cable Management (X-axis): Desenrosqueu el cable clamp, insert the wiring harness, and reattach the clamp. Then, insert the X-axis motor cable.
4. Tank Track Installation: Use three M3x6 screws to secure the tank track to the bracket. Repeat for the Z-axis assembly.
5. Connexions de terminals: Insert the terminals into the corresponding sockets according to their colors.
6. Y-axis Motor Cable: Insert the Y-axis motor cable into its designated port.
7. Spindle Holder: Secure the spindle holder to the spindle assembly using M6x60 screws.
8. Spindle Power Cable: Insert the spindle power supply cable.
9. Handle Holder: Secure the handle holder to the right side panel using M3x6 screws.
10. Milling Cutter Installation: Install the milling cutter head and tighten it with the provided Allen wrench.

The machine features a large working area of 16.5 x 16.5 x 3.5 inches (420 x 420 x 90 mm), providing ample space for diverse projects. Its advanced dual-nut system minimizes clearance, achieving a dimensional accuracy of ±0.1 mm and a repeatability of 0.01 mm.

Compatibilitat de materials

The 200W high-torque spindle allows for cutting and engraving in a broad range of materials, including MDF, wood, bamboo, cardboard, cork, PCB boards, and some soft metals like aluminum and brass. The machine is capable of producing intricate designs on various surfaces.

Manual Control and Centering

• Lead Screw Slippage: If you experience issues with the lead screws, such as slippage or inconsistent movement, inspect the connection points between the lead screws and the stepper motors. Ensure all connections are secure and free from debris. Adjustments may be necessary to reduce friction.
• Damaged Limit Switches: If a limit switch is damaged (e.g., the metal spade is broken), it will need to be replaced. Handle these components with care during assembly and maintenance to prevent damage.
