1. Introducció i informació de seguretat
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective operation, setup, and maintenance of your VONROC 1500W Table Saw (Model TS500AC). Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

3. Configuració
3.1 Muntatge del suport
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list (refer to your packaging for the complete list).
- Attach the four legs to the main saw unit using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install any cross-braces or support bars between the legs as indicated in the assembly diagram to ensure maximum stability.
- Place the assembled saw on a firm, level surface.
3.2 Blade Installation/Check
The saw comes equipped with a 210mm 40T saw blade. Ensure it is correctly installed and secured before first use.
- Assegureu-vos que la serra estigui desendollada de la font d'alimentació.
- Lift the blade guard and check that the blade is seated correctly on the arbor and the arbor nut is tightened.
- Verify the blade teeth are oriented to cut upwards towards the front of the saw table.
3.3 Connecting Dust Extraction
The saw features an efficient dust control system. An included suction hose can be connected to an industrial vacuum cleaner (not included) for sawdust extraction.
- Locate the dust extraction port on the saw unit.
- Connect the provided suction hose to the dust extraction port.
- Connect the other end of the hose to a suitable industrial vacuum cleaner.
- Ensure all connections are tight to maximize dust collection efficiency.
4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Adjusting Blade Angle and Depth
The saw allows for continuous adjustment of the blade angle from 0 to 45 degrees and adjustment of cutting depth.
- To adjust the blade angle, loosen the locking knob located on the front of the saw. Tilt the blade to the desired angle using the angle scale, then tighten the knob securely.
- To adjust the cutting depth, use the handwheel on the side of the saw. Rotate it to raise or lower the blade to the required height. The blade should extend slightly above the workpiece.
4.2 Using the Parallel Guide
The aluminum parallel guide with a quick-release mechanism ensures precise and safe straight cuts.
- Position the parallel guide to the desired width of cut.
- Engage the quick-release lever to lock the guide firmly in place.
- Always ensure the guide is parallel to the saw blade before making a cut.
4.3 Making Cuts
The VONROC TS500AC supports various cut types, including straight, miter, and bevel cuts.
- Preparació: Ensure the workpiece is free of nails or other foreign objects. Set the blade angle and depth as required.
- Posicionament: Place the workpiece firmly against the parallel guide and the saw table. For cross-cuts, use a miter gauge (if included or purchased separately).
- Inici de la serra: Turn on the saw using the power switch. Allow the blade to reach full speed before beginning the cut.
- Tall: Feed the workpiece slowly and steadily into the blade. Use the push stick for smaller pieces or when your hands are close to the blade. Maintain firm contact with the guide and table throughout the cut.
- Acabant el tall: Once the cut is complete, turn off the saw and wait for the blade to stop completely before removing the workpiece or making any adjustments.

5. Manteniment
Un manteniment regular garanteix la longevitat i el funcionament segur de la serra de taula.
5.1 Neteja
- Desendolleu sempre la serra abans de netejar-la.
- Remove sawdust and debris from the saw table, blade guard, and motor housing using a brush or compressed air.
- Clean the parallel guide and its tracks to ensure smooth movement.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents that could damage plastic parts.
5.2 Recanvi de fulla
When the saw blade becomes dull or damaged, it must be replaced. Optional 60T blades are available for finer cuts.
- Assegureu-vos que la serra estigui desendollada.
- Raise the blade to its maximum height.
- Remove the blade guard and any throat plate covering the blade.
- Use the provided wrenches to loosen the arbor nut and remove the old blade.
- Install the new blade, ensuring the teeth are oriented correctly (cutting upwards at the front).
- Tighten the arbor nut securely and reassemble the throat plate and blade guard.
5.3 Atenció general
- Inspeccioneu el cable d'alimentació per detectar qualsevol dany abans de cada ús.
- Check all nuts, bolts, and fasteners regularly and tighten if necessary.
- Guardeu la serra en un lloc sec i segur, fora de l'abast dels nens.
