• Always place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or soft surfaces for accurate readings.
• The scale surface is made of tempered glass. It can be slippery when wet. Ensure the surface is dry before stepping on.

Configuració

1. Instal·lació de la bateria

2. If batteries are pre-installed, gently pull out the insulating tab to activate them.
3. If installing new batteries, ensure the polarity (+/-) matches the indicators inside the compartment.

2. Download the Fitdays App

The RHINO Body Fat Scale works with the free Fitdays app, available for both iOS and Android devices.

• Cerca "Fitdays" in the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).

3. Emparellament amb l'aplicació (connexió Bluetooth)

1. Assegureu-vos que el Bluetooth estigui habilitat al vostre telèfon intel·ligent.
2. Open the Fitdays app.
3. Step onto the scale briefly to turn it on. The display will light up.
4. The app should automatically detect and connect to the scale. If not, navigate to the "Device" or "My Scale" section within the app and follow the prompts to add a new device.

4. Crea un usuari Profile(s)

To get accurate body composition readings, you need to create a user profile in the Fitdays app.

• Follow the on-screen instructions in the Fitdays app to set up your profile, including gender, height, and age.
• The app supports up to 24 user profiles, making it suitable for the whole family.

1. Prendre una mesura

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface.
2. Assegureu-vos que els vostres peus estiguin nets i secs.
3. Step onto the scale barefoot, placing your feet on the metal electrodes. Stand still until your weight reading stabilizes on the display.
4. If the app is open and connected, your body composition data will automatically sync to your profile.

3. Using the Fitdays App

The Fitdays app provides detailed insights into your body composition and tracks your progress over time.

• 14 Body Indicators: The app displays data for Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Visceral Fat, Body Water, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle Mass, Body Age, Protein, BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate with Kilocalories), and more.
• Múltiples usuaris: Canvia fàcilment entre fins a 24 usuaris professionalsfiles to track individual progress for family members.
• Mode nadó: Use the special "Baby Mode" function to accurately weigh infants. First, weigh yourself, then step on the scale holding your baby. The app will calculate the baby's weight.
• Seguiment de dades: View your health data by day, week, month, and year, allowing you to monitor trends and set goals.

4. Switching Units (lb/kg)

To switch between pounds (lb) and kilograms (kg), locate the unit switch button on the back of the scale. Press it to toggle between the desired units.

Manteniment

• Neteja: Netegeu la superfície de l'escala amb l'anunciamp drap i detergent suau. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni submergiu en aigua.
