This manual provides essential instructions for the assembly, setup, operation, and maintenance of your MINELAB Vanquish 340 Multi-Frequency Metal Detector. The Vanquish 340 is designed for ease of use, featuring Multi-IQ technology for effective detection across various terrains and target types.

Assemblea
Segueix aquests passos per muntar el teu detector de metalls:
- Attach the V10 search coil to the lower shaft using the provided bolt and nut. Ensure the coil cable is securely wrapped around the shaft.
- Connect the lower shaft to the middle shaft, and then the middle shaft to the upper shaft (control box assembly). Secure all connections.
- Adjust the shaft length to a comfortable position, ensuring the armrest supports your forearm.
- Secure the control box to the upper shaft.
- Plug the search coil cable into the connector on the control box.

Configuració inicial

- Open the battery compartment located on the control box.

The Vanquish 340 features three pre-set search modes and an All-Metal mode, optimized for different detecting environments and target preferences.
- Mode aparcament: Ideal for high-trash recreation areas like parks. This mode offers good target separation.
- Mode de camp: Best for finding fine coins and artifacts in open fields.
- Mode platja: Specifically designed for wet sand and saltwater conditions, where other detectors may struggle.
- All-Metal Mode: Detects all types of metal without discrimination. Use this mode to ensure no targets are missed.
To select a mode, press the "Search Mode" button on the control box.

Ajust de sensibilitat
Adjusting the sensitivity controls how responsive your detector is to targets and ground mineralization.
- Press the Sensitivity button (often marked with +/- or a wave symbol).
- Use the Up/Down arrow buttons to increase or decrease the sensitivity level.
- Start with a moderate sensitivity and increase it until you hear stable operation without excessive false signals.

Identificació
The pinpoint function helps you accurately locate the exact position of a detected target before digging.
- Once a target is detected, center the search coil over the target.
- Press and hold the Pinpoint button (P-P).
- Slowly move the coil in a cross-pattern over the target. The loudest and most stable audio signal indicates the center of the target.

- Volum: Use the Volume buttons (+/-) to adjust the audio output level to your preference.
