Your watch has four buttons, typically labeled A, B, C, and D. Refer to the diagram below for their general positions.

Setting the Home City and Time

1. In Timekeeping Mode, hold down Button A until the city code starts to flash. This indicates the setting mode.
2. Use Button D (forward) and Button B (backward) to select your desired Home City code.
3. Press Button C to cycle through other settings: DST (Daylight Saving Time), 12/24-hour format, Seconds, Hour, Minute, Year, Month, Day.
4. While a setting is flashing, use Button D (+) and Button B (-) to change its value.
5. For DST, press Button D to toggle between ON and OFF.
6. Once all settings are configured, press Button A to exit the setting mode.

Press Button C to cycle through the watch's modes in the following order: Timekeeping Mode → World Time Mode → Alarm Mode → Stopwatch Mode → Countdown Timer Mode → Timekeeping Mode.

This is the default mode, displaying the current time, date, and day of the week for your Home City.

• Press Button B to illuminate the display with the LED light.
• Press Button D to switch between the current date and the current time of one of the Multi Time cities.

3. Use Button D (+) and Button B (-) to adjust the hour and minute.
4. Press Button C to move between hour and minute settings.

6. To turn an alarm ON/OFF, select the alarm and press Button D. A bell icon indicates the alarm is active.

• With the stopwatch stopped, press Button A to reset it to zero.

1. In Countdown Timer Mode, hold down Button A until the hour setting flashes.
2. Use Button D (+) and Button B (-) to adjust the hour, minute, and second.
3. Press Button C to move between hour, minute, and second settings.
4. Press Button A to confirm and exit.
5. Press Button D to start and stop the countdown.
6. When the countdown reaches zero, an alarm sounds for 10 seconds. Press any button to stop the alarm.
7. With the countdown stopped, press Button A to reset it to its starting time.
