The Leviton LB260-GS is a 2-pole, 60-Amp Smart GFCI circuit breaker. It is designed to protect against ground faults, which can cause severe electrical shock. Its hydraulic magnetic trip technology ensures consistent performance from -40°C to 85°C (-40°F to 185°F).

4. Configuració i instal·lació

Professional installation by a qualified electrician is required.

  1. Prepareu el centre de càrrega: Ensure all power to the Leviton Load Center is turned OFF at the main service disconnect. Verify with a voltage provador.
  2. Connexions de cable: The Leviton Load Center design allows branch phase and neutral connections to be made directly on the panel bus bars without the circuit breaker present. Land the branch circuit wires (hot and neutral) to the appropriate terminals on the load center bus.
  3. Install the Breaker: Align the LB260-GS circuit breaker with the desired position on the load center bus. Firmly push the breaker onto the bus until it clicks into place. No additional wiring to the breaker itself is required.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

Funcionament manual:

  • Encenent: Push the breaker handle firmly to the "ON" position.
  • Apagant: Push the breaker handle firmly to the "OFF" position.
  • Reinici d'un interruptor automàtic disparat: If the breaker trips, the handle will move to a center position. To reset, first push the handle firmly to the "OFF" position, then push it to the "ON" position. If the breaker immediately trips again, there may be an electrical fault that needs to be addressed.

GFCI Test and Reset:

The GFCI function should be tested monthly to ensure proper operation.

  1. Ensure the breaker is in the "ON" position.
  2. Press the "TEST" button on the face of the breaker. The breaker should immediately trip to the center position.
  3. To restore power, push the handle firmly to the "OFF" position, then to the "ON" position.
  4. If the breaker does not trip when the "TEST" button is pressed, or if it does not reset, the GFCI function may be faulty. Contact a qualified electrician for inspection and replacement.

The LB260-GS integrates with the My Leviton app, providing advanced functionality:

6. Manteniment
