The Kaito Voyager ECO KA336 offers five methods to power the unit:

1. Generador de manovella:

   Rotate the hand crank clockwise or counter-clockwise at a steady pace (approximately 120-150 RPM) for 3-5 minutes to provide power for radio operation or to charge the internal battery. A red indicator light will illuminate during cranking to show power generation.

2. Panell solar:

   Place the radio with the solar panel facing direct sunlight. The solar panel charges the internal Li-ion battery. Charging efficiency depends on sunlight intensity. This method is best for maintaining charge or slow charging over longer periods.

3. Piles AAA (no incloses):

   Open the battery compartment on the back of the radio. Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Switch the internal battery selector to the "AAA" position to use these batteries. Remove AAA batteries if not in use for extended periods.

4. 5V Mini USB Input:

   Connect the supplied USB cable to the DC IN (Mini USB) port on the side of the radio and to a standard USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter). This method charges the internal Li-ion battery. A charging indicator light will show the charging status.

5. Built-in Li-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack:

   The radio contains a built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery. Ensure the internal battery selector is in the "INT. BATT" position to use this power source. This battery is charged via the hand crank, solar panel, or USB input.

Note: For initial use or after long storage, it is recommended to fully charge the internal battery using the USB input or hand crank.

1. Radio Reception (AM/FM/NOAA):

• Encès: Rotate the Volume control clockwise to turn on the radio.
• Selecciona la banda: Use the Band Selector switch to choose between "FM", "AM", or "WB" (Weather Band).

• Switch the Band Selector to "ALERT" mode.

• Ensure you are tuned to a clear NOAA weather channel for your region. There are 7 NOAA channels (CH1-CH7) available.

3. Llanterna LED:

• Locate the Flashlight Switch on the top of the radio.
• Slide the switch to the "LIGHT" position to turn on the flashlight.
• Slide the switch to the "OFF" position to turn off the flashlight.

4. USB Mobile Phone Charger:

• Connect your mobile phone's USB charging cable to the DC OUT (USB) port on the side of the radio.
• The radio will begin charging your device using its internal battery.
• For optimal charging, ensure the radio's internal battery is sufficiently charged. If the internal battery is low, use the hand crank or solar panel to generate power while charging your phone.
• This feature is intended for emergency charging and may not fully charge all devices.

Manteniment
