1. Introducció
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient use of your Severin DT 8761 combined refrigerator. 2. Instruccions de seguretat
Seguretat general:
- Assegureu-vos que l'aparell estigui ben connectat a terra.
- No danyeu el circuit de refrigerant.
- No utilitzeu aparells elèctrics dins dels compartiments d’emmagatzematge d’aliments tret que siguin del tipus recomanat pel fabricant.
- Mantenir les obertures de ventilació lliures d'obstruccions.
- Aquest aparell no està pensat per ser utilitzat per persones (inclosos nens) amb capacitats físiques, sensorials o mentals reduïdes, o amb manca d'experiència i coneixements, tret que hagin rebut la supervisió o instruccions sobre l'ús de l'aparell per una persona responsable de la seva seguretat.
- Els nens han de ser supervisats per assegurar-se que no juguin amb l'aparell.
Seguretat elèctrica:
- Abans de netejar o fer el manteniment, desconnecteu sempre l'aparell de la xarxa elèctrica.
- Do not pull the power cord to disconnect the appliance. Grasp the plug firmly and pull it out of the socket.
- Si el cable d'alimentació està danyat, l'ha de substituir el fabricant, el seu agent de servei o persones qualificades de manera similar per evitar perills.
3. Configuració i instal·lació
Desembalatge: Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge. Inspeccioneu l'aparell per detectar qualsevol dany durant el transport. Informeu immediatament al vostre distribuïdor de qualsevol dany.
Col·locació:
- Place the refrigerator on a firm, level surface. Adjust the leveling feet if necessary to ensure stability.
- Allow adequate space around the appliance for proper ventilation (at least 10 cm at the back and sides, and 30 cm above).
- Avoid placing the refrigerator near heat sources such as direct sunlight, ovens, or radiators.
- The climate class of this appliance is N, ST, meaning it is suitable for ambient temperatures between 16°C and 38°C.

Neteja abans del primer ús: Before placing any food inside, clean the interior of the refrigerator with a mild detergent and warm water. Wipe dry thoroughly.
Connexió d'alimentació: After placement and cleaning, allow the appliance to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it into a grounded electrical outlet. This allows the refrigerant to settle.
Inversió de la porta: The door opening direction is reversible. Refer to the detailed instructions in the separate installation guide for door reversal procedures, if required.
4. Instruccions de funcionament
Funcionament inicial: Once plugged in, the refrigerator will begin to cool. Allow several hours for the appliance to reach its optimal operating temperature before loading it with food.

Control de temperatura: The refrigerator's temperature is controlled mechanically via a rotary knob located inside the fresh food compartment. Turn the knob to adjust the cooling intensity. Higher numbers typically indicate colder temperatures.

Emmagatzematge d'aliments:
- The refrigerator features 2 adjustable glass shelves for flexible storage.
- A large vegetable drawer is provided for optimal storage of fruits and vegetables, helping to maintain their freshness.
- Door shelves offer additional storage for bottles and smaller items.
Compartiment congelador: The top compartment is a 4-star freezer, suitable for freezing fresh food and long-term storage of pre-frozen food. It includes an ice cube tray.
Il·luminació LED: The interior is illuminated by modern LED lighting, providing clear visibility of contents and energy efficiency.
5. Manteniment i Neteja
Neteja de l'interior:
- Desconnecteu sempre l'aparell abans de netejar-lo.
- Clean the interior regularly with a solution of warm water and a mild, non-abrasive detergent.
- Traieu els prestatges i els calaixos per netejar-los a fons.
- Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly to prevent odors and mold growth.
Neteja de l'exterior:
- Netegeu les superfícies exteriors amb un drap suau dampamb aigua i un detergent suau.
- No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni dissolvents.
- Clean the condenser coils at the back of the appliance periodically to ensure efficient operation.
Descongelar el congelador: The freezer compartment will accumulate frost over time. Defrost when the frost layer reaches about 3-5 mm thick to maintain efficiency. Unplug the appliance, remove all food, and allow the frost to melt naturally. Use a soft cloth to absorb water. Do not use sharp objects to remove ice.
Consells per estalviar energia:
- Do not place hot food directly into the refrigerator or freezer.
- Eviteu obrir les portes massa sovint o durant períodes prolongats.
- Assegureu-vos que les juntes de les portes estiguin netes i intactes per evitar fuites d'aire fred.
- Col·loqueu l'aparell en un lloc fresc i ben ventilat, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de fonts de calor.
