3. Fill the kettle with the desired amount of cold tap water. Ensure the water level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' marks on the water level indicator.

The kettle is equipped with a removable anti-scale filter to prevent limescale particles from being poured into your cup.

Limescale can build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas, affecting performance and taste. Descale your kettle regularly (e.g., monthly or every two months).

• Use a commercially available descaling solution suitable for kettles, following the manufacturer's instructions.
• Alternatively, you can use a mixture of white vinegar and water (e.g., 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water). Fill the kettle with the solution, boil it, and let it stand for at least 30 minutes (or longer for heavy scale).
• Empty the kettle and rinse it thoroughly several times with fresh water to remove any residue and odor.
