1. Introducció

This manual provides essential information for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your Pacific AC3000BS 30-inch Under Cabinet Ducted Range Hood. Please read all instructions carefully before installation and use to ensure proper function and to prevent injury or damage.

The Pacific AC3000BS is a powerful 900 CFM under-cabinet range hood designed to effectively remove cooking odors, grease, and steam from your kitchen environment. It features a durable stainless steel construction, dual fans, LED lighting, and an innovative auto-cleaning function.

2. Informació important de seguretat

4. Instal·lació

The Pacific AC3000BS is designed for standard under-cabinet installation. Professional installation is recommended. Ensure proper ventilation and electrical connections are available before beginning.

4.1 Dimensions i espai lliure

Ensure your cabinet and cooking surface provide adequate space for the range hood. The unit measures approximately 29.75 inches wide, 22 inches deep, and 7 inches high.

4.2 Ducting Connection

The range hood requires a 6-inch round duct for exhaust. A duct collar is provided. Securely attach the duct collar to the top of the range hood using a strong construction adhesive, ensuring an airtight seal. Allow the adhesive to cure completely before proceeding with mounting. Connect the ductwork to the collar, sealing all joints with metal duct tape to prevent air leaks.

4.3 Muntatge de la unitat

The unit is mounted to the underside of your kitchen cabinet. It is crucial to ensure the cabinet structure can support the weight of the range hood (approximately 34 pounds). Use appropriate fasteners for your cabinet material. If your cabinet has a recessed bottom, consider adding a supporting block to provide a flat and secure mounting surface. The mounting holes are positioned near the edges; ensure your chosen fasteners provide a strong bite into the supporting structure.

4.4 Connexió elèctrica

Connect the range hood to a grounded electrical outlet. The unit operates on 2.3E+2 Volts. Ensure the electrical supply meets local codes and the range hood's requirements. The power cord length is approximately 12 inches; an extension may be required depending on your outlet location.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

The Pacific AC3000BS features a touch control panel for easy operation.

5.1 Power On/Off and Delay Off

• Premeu el botó Apagada/Retard de desconnexió botó per encendre o apagar la unitat.
• Per activar el Auto-Delay Off function, press and hold the Power/Delay Off button while the unit is running. The hood will continue to operate for 5 minutes before automatically shutting off. This is useful for clearing residual smoke and odors after cooking.

5.2 Control de velocitat del ventilador

The range hood has two fan speeds:

The Pacific AC3000BS features a filterless design with an auto-cleaning function to simplify maintenance.

1. Mix liquid cleaner and water in the provided jar.
2. Follow the ratio marked on the jar for proper dilution.
3. Add one jar of the cleaner and water mixture to the hood's water inlet. Do not overfill.
4. Premeu el botó Auto-neteja button on the control panel. The self-cleaning process will run for approximately 38 seconds, using spinning blades to degrease and flush residue.
5. For daily cooks, it is suggested to perform steam cleaning twice a week.
6. After each cleaning cycle, pour out the collected water from the grease collection cup.

6.2 Grease Collection Tray

The removable grease collection tray gathers oil and residue. Regularly empty and clean this tray to prevent buildup and maintain hygiene. The tray is designed for easy removal and disposal of collected grease.

6.3 Neteja exterior

Clean the exterior stainless steel surfaces with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can scratch the finish. Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots.
