3. Configuració i instal·lació

Proper installation is crucial for the smart lock's functionality and security. Ensure your door's thickness is compatible (40mm-120mm or 1½"-4¾") and the backset is 2 inches (50mm).

Passos d'instal·lació:

1. Prepara la porta: Use the provided drilling template to mark and drill the necessary holes on your door.
2. Instal·leu el cos del pany de morter: Insert the mortise lock into the prepared mortise pocket on the door edge and secure it with screws. Ensure the deadbolt direction is correct for your door's swing.
3. Install the Front Lock Assembly: Route the cable from the front lock through the door and align the spindle with the mortise lock. Secure the front assembly.
4. Install the Back Lock Assembly: Connect the cable from the front assembly to the back assembly. Align the back assembly with the spindle and secure it to the door using the mounting plate and screws.
5. Funcionalitat de prova: Before fully tightening all screws, test the handle operation from both sides and ensure the deadbolt extends and retracts smoothly.

5. Manteniment

• Substitució de la bateria: The lock is powered by AA batteries (not included). Replace all batteries when the low power alert is triggered.
• Neteja: Wipe the lock surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish or electronic components.
• Lubricació: Periodically check the mortise lock body for smooth operation. If needed, apply a small amount of graphite lubricant to the latch and deadbolt mechanisms.
