2. Configuració i instal·lació

Before using your InBody H20N, ensure proper setup for accurate measurements.

2.1 Desembalatge i inspecció inicial

2.2 Instal·lació de la bateria

The InBody H20N requires 4 AAA batteries (not included).

To utilize the full features of your InBody H20N, download the official InBody app.

1. Download the "InBody" app from the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the Apple App Store (for iOS devices).
2. Open the InBody app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
3. Activeu el Bluetooth al telèfon intel·ligent o a la tauleta.
4. Within the InBody app, navigate to the device pairing section and select the InBody H20N.
5. Step onto the scale to activate it and initiate the pairing process. The app will guide you through connecting the device.

3. Instruccions de funcionament

Follow these steps for accurate body composition measurements.

3.1 Prendre una mesura

1. Preparació: Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat, and level surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring. For best results, measure at the same time of day, ideally in the morning before eating or exercising. Ensure your feet are clean and dry, and avoid applying lotion before measurement.
2. Trepitjar: Step onto the scale barefoot, placing your feet on the designated electrode areas. Stand still with your feet aligned.
3. Hold Handlebar: Grasp the handlebar firmly with both hands, ensuring your thumbs are on the thumb electrodes and your palms are on the palm electrodes. Keep your arms straight but relaxed, not touching your body.
4. Procés de mesura: The scale will begin the measurement. Remain still and quiet until the measurement is complete. The display on the scale will show your weight, and the full body composition analysis will be sent to your InBody app.
5. Review Resultats: Open the InBody app on your paired device to view your detailed body composition report, including weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, and more.

3.2 Best Practices for Accurate Results

  • Mesureu a la mateixa hora del dia.

  • Measure right after exercise.
  • Use immediately after eating or drinking.
  • Measure with wet or lotion-applied skin.

3.3 Comprensió dels resultats

The InBody app provides a detailed breakdown of your body composition. Key metrics include:

• Pes: El teu pes corporal total.
• Massa muscular esquelètica (MMEs): The amount of muscle attached to your bones. Higher SMM is generally desirable.
• Body Fat Mass (BFM): The amount of fat in your body.

4. Manteniment

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and accuracy of your InBody H20N.

4.1 Neteja

• Wipe the surface of the scale and handlebar with a soft, damp tela.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or immerse the device in water.
• Ensure the electrodes are clean and free of dust or residue for optimal contact.

4.2 Emmagatzematge

• Store the InBody H20N in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Keep the handlebar cable untangled and avoid placing heavy objects on the scale.
