4. Configuració
4.1 Desembalatge
- Traieu amb cura la clau d'impacte i tots els accessoris de l'embalatge.
- Check for any signs of damage during transit. If damage is found, do not use the tool and contact your supplier.
- Verify that all components are present: electric impact wrench, power cord, carrying case, and four impact sockets (17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 22mm).
4.2 Connectant els endolls
- Ensure the impact wrench is unplugged from the power source before attaching or removing any accessories.
- Select the appropriate impact socket size (17mm, 19mm, 21mm, or 22mm) for your application.
- Align the square opening of the socket with the 1/2-inch square drive on the tool.
- Push the socket firmly onto the drive until it clicks into place, ensuring it is securely seated.
- To remove, pull the socket off the drive while holding the tool firmly.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Encès
- Ensure the tool is properly set up with the desired socket.
- Connecteu el cable d'alimentació a una presa de corrent adequada.
- Hold the tool firmly with both hands, utilizing the ergonomic rubber-coated handle for a secure grip.
5.2 Funcionament endavant/enrere
The impact wrench features a convenient rocker switch for easy selection of rotation direction.
- Per seleccionar Forward (tightening) rotation, press the rocker switch on one side. The tool will rotate clockwise. This mode provides approximately 100 Nm of torque.
- Per seleccionar Reverse (loosening) rotation, press the rocker switch on the opposite side. The tool will rotate counter-clockwise. This mode provides up to 320 Nm of torque, ideal for stubborn fasteners.
5.3 Tightening and Loosening Fasteners
- Place the socket firmly onto the fastener (nut or bolt head).
- Ensure the tool is set to the correct rotation direction (forward for tightening, reverse for loosening).
- Press the trigger to start the tool. Apply steady pressure to keep the socket engaged with the fastener.
- For tightening, stop when the desired tightness is achieved. For loosening, continue until the fastener is free.

6. Manteniment
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your WilTec Electric Impact Wrench.
6.1 Neteja
- Desconnecteu sempre l'eina abans de netejar-la.

- Mantingueu les obertures de ventilació netes de pols i deixalles per evitar el sobreescalfament. Feu servir aire comprimit si cal.
6.2 Substitució de les escombretes de carbó
The carbon brushes are wear parts and should be inspected periodically. Replace them when they are worn down to approximately 1/4 inch (6mm) or if the tool experiences reduced power or intermittent operation.
- Desendolleu l'eina de la font d'alimentació.
- Localitzeu les tapes de les escombretes als costats de la carcassa del motor.
- Desenrosqueu les tapes dels raspalls amb un tornavís de punta plana.
- Carefully remove the old carbon brushes and springs.
- Insert new carbon brushes (like those shown in Figure 2.7) and springs, ensuring they are oriented correctly.
- Screw the brush caps back on securely.
6.3 Emmagatzematge
- Store the impact wrench in its original carrying case in a dry, secure location, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Mantenir fora de l'abast dels nens.
