1. Introducció

5. Configuració i instal·lació

The MOUNTUP MU0014 TV wall mount is designed for easy installation. Follow these steps carefully.

5.1 Llista de comprovació prèvia a la instal·lació

• Check TV Weight and VESA Pattern: Ensure your TV weighs less than 88 lbs (40 kg) and has a VESA pattern between 100x100mm and 400x400mm.
• Determine Wall Type: This mount is suitable for single wood studs, solid concrete, or brick walls. NO instal·leu només a panells de guix.
• Recollida d'eines: You will need a stud finder, drill, level, Phillips head screwdriver, and a socket wrench (for lag bolts).

5.2 Instal·lació pas a pas

1. Fixeu els suports de TV al televisor:

   • Identify the correct screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your TV's VESA mounting holes.
   • Attach the two vertical TV bracket arms to the back of your TV using the selected hardware. Ensure the arms are centered and securely fastened.

2. Mount Wall Plate to Wall:
   • Per a la instal·lació de tacs de fusta: Use a stud finder to locate the center of a single wood stud. Mark the desired height for the top mounting hole. Use the provided template or the wall plate itself to mark the remaining drill holes. Pre-drill pilot holes (recommended size: 5/32" or 4mm) into the center of the stud. Secure the wall plate using the lag bolts and washers.
   • For Concrete/Brick Wall Installation: Mark the desired drill holes. Pre-drill pilot holes (recommended size: 3/8" or 10mm) to a depth of 2.36 inches (60mm). Insert concrete anchors into the pilot holes. Secure the wall plate using the lag bolts and washers.
   • Use the included bubble level to ensure the wall plate is perfectly horizontal before fully tightening all lag bolts.

3. Penjar el televisor a la placa de paret:
   • With assistance, carefully lift the TV with the attached brackets and hook them onto the wall plate.
   • Ensure the TV is securely seated on the wall plate.
   • Tighten the safety screws located on the bottom of the TV brackets to prevent accidental dislodging.

5.3 Anivellament posterior a la instal·lació

After hanging the TV, you can make fine adjustments to ensure it is perfectly level.

• The mount allows for a +/-3° post-installation leveling adjustment.
• Loosen the leveling bolts slightly, adjust the TV to the desired level, and then re-tighten the bolts.

6.1 Ajust d'inclinació

• The TV mount allows for a tilt range of +5° (upward) to -15° (downward).
• To adjust the tilt, loosen the tilt adjustment knobs or bolts on the TV bracket arms, set the TV to the desired angle, and then securely tighten the knobs/bolts. This helps reduce glare.

6.2 Ajustament del gir

• The articulating arms allow the TV to swivel up to +/-90° left or right.
• Gently push or pull the TV to achieve the desired swivel angle. The maximum swivel angle may vary depending on the size of your television.

6.3 Extensió i retracció

• The mount can extend your TV from 2.5 inches (retracted) to 18.9 inches (extended) from the wall.
• Gently pull the TV away from the wall or push it back to adjust the distance. This feature also provides easy access to cables behind the TV.
