1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the tectake Ice Maker. 2. Instruccions de seguretat

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury when using your ice maker, follow these basic safety precautions:

• Do not touch the evaporator or ice cubes when the unit is operating.

4. Configuració

4.1 Desembalatge

• Check that all accessories (ice basket, ice scoop) are present.
• Inspect the appliance for any damage. If damaged, do not use and contact your retailer.

4.2 Col·locació

• Place the ice maker on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
• Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides) to allow heat dissipation. Do not block the ventilation openings.
• Keep the appliance away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and corrosive gases.

4.3 Neteja inicial

• Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker, the ice basket, and the ice scoop with a soft cloth and mild detergent.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

Follow these steps to operate your ice maker:

5.1 Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua

• Obriu la tapa i traieu la cistella de gel.
• Fill the water tank with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
• Substituïu la cistella de gel i tanqueu la tapa.

5.2 Powering On and Ice Production

• Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (AC 220-240V / 50 Hz).
• Premeu el botó ON/OFF button on the control panel to turn on the appliance. The Power indicator light will illuminate.
• The ice maker will automatically begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of ice cubes will be ready in approximately 5-13 minutes.
• You can select between two ice cube sizes (small or large) by pressing the SELECCIONA botó. S'il·luminarà l'indicador lluminós corresponent.

5.3 Indicator Lights and Alarms

• AFEGEIX AIGUA: This light will illuminate and an audible alarm will sound when the water tank is low. Refill the water tank to resume ice production.
• GEL PLEN: This light will illuminate and an audible alarm will sound when the ice basket is full. Remove ice from the basket to continue production.

5.4 Collecting Ice

• Once ice cubes are formed, they will drop into the ice basket.

• For best results, transfer ice to a freezer for storage if not used immediately, as the ice maker is not a freezer and ice will melt over time.

6. Manteniment i Neteja

6.1 Neteja diària

• After each use, unplug the appliance.
• Drain any remaining water from the reservoir by removing the drain plug at the bottom of the unit.
• Wipe the interior with a soft cloth.

6.2 Periodic Deep Cleaning

• For thorough cleaning, prepare a solution of water and vinegar (10:1 ratio) or a mild descaling agent.
• Pour the solution into the water tank and run a few ice-making cycles (do not consume this ice).
