1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the LUXRITE 4 Inch Ultra Thin LED Recessed Light. This manual provides essential information for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your new lighting fixture. Please read these instructions thoroughly before installation and retain them for future reference.

2. Informació de seguretat

ADVERTIMENT: Risc de descàrrega elèctrica. Desconnecteu l'alimentació al fusible o al disjuntor abans d'instal·lar o fer el manteniment. 3. Contingut del paquet

4. Configuració i instal·lació

Seguiu aquests passos per a una instal·lació correcta:

1. Apagueu l'alimentació: Ensure power is disconnected at the circuit breaker or fuse box before starting installation.
2. Forat de tall: Cut a 4-1/4 inch diameter hole in the ceiling at the desired location. Ensure there is at least 2 inches of clearance above the ceiling for the fixture and junction box.
3. Caixa de connexions oberta: Open the cover of the provided junction box. Remove the appropriate knockout(s) for your electrical supply cable.
4. Connexions de cable: Insert the electrical supply cable into the junction box through the knockout. Connect the wires using the provided wire nuts:
   • Connect the black wire from the supply to the black wire of the junction box.
   • Connect the white wire from the supply to the white wire of the junction box.
   • Connect the ground wire from the supply to the green wire of the junction box.

5. Close Junction Box: Securely close the junction box cover.
6. Connect Downlight: Connect the cable from the LED downlight to the cable extending from the junction box. Ensure the connectors click securely into place.
7. Inseriu la caixa de connexions: Carefully push the wired junction box through the cut-out hole into the ceiling.
8. Insert Downlight: Push the spring clips on the LED downlight upwards. Insert the downlight into the ceiling hole. Release the clips to secure the fixture flush against the ceiling.
9. Restaura l'alimentació: Torneu a connectar l'alimentació a l'interruptor o a la caixa de fusibles.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Color Temperature Selection (CCT)

Your LUXRITE recessed light features a selectable color temperature switch located inside the junction box. Before closing the junction box during installation, or by carefully opening it if already installed, you can choose from three color temperatures:

• 3000K (Blanc suau): A warm, inviting light suitable for living rooms and bedrooms.
• 4000K (blanc fred): A neutral, balanced light ideal for kitchens, offices, and task lighting.
• 5000K (Blanc brillant): A crisp, energetic light often used in utility areas, garages, or for maximum brightness.

Simply slide the switch to your desired color temperature setting. Once set, close the junction box.

5.2 Funcionalitat de regulació de la intensitat

• Ensure power is turned off at the circuit breaker before cleaning.
• Allow the fixture to cool completely if it has been in operation.
