Configuració
- Prepara el llit: Place the mattress overlay directly on top of the existing mattress on a hospital or home bed. Ensure it is centered and lies flat.
- Posició de la bomba: Place the pump unit on a stable surface at the foot end of the bed, or hang it securely on the bed frame using the integrated hangers. Ensure it is easily accessible and not obstructed.

Instruccions de funcionament
Encès/Apagat
Locate the power switch on the pump unit. Flip the switch to the "ON" position to start the pump and inflate the mattress. Flip to "OFF" to turn off the unit.

The Domus 3 offers two primary therapy modes:
- Mode alternatiu: This mode continuously inflates and deflates alternating air cells to redistribute pressure over time, preventing prolonged pressure on any single area. This is ideal for pressure injury prevention.
- Mode estàtic: In this mode, all air cells remain inflated to a constant pressure, providing a stable and firm surface. This mode is suitable for general use or when a stable surface is preferred.

The pump unit features a variable pressure setting with a weight indicator. Adjust the pressure knob to select the appropriate firmness based on the patient's weight and comfort preference. Refer to the pump's display or markings for recommended settings.

Manteniment
Cleaning the Mattress Cover
The Nylon/PU cover is water-resistant and vapor permeable. It can be removed for cleaning. Unzip the cover completely and follow these instructions:
- Rentat a màquina: The cover can be machine washed. Use a mild detergent and cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Assecat: Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or bleach.

Air Cell Replacement
Each of the 17 air cells is individually removable and replaceable. If an air cell is damaged, disconnect the mattress from the pump, deflate the mattress, and carefully remove the damaged cell. Insert a new cell and re-inflate the mattress.
