Before first use, please follow these steps to ensure safe and optimal performance of your Oster® Compact Countertop Oven With Air Fryer.

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any internal packing and protective films. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
2. Col·locació: Place the oven on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 4-6 inches) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place it near flammable materials or under cabinets that are not heat-resistant.

Your Oster® Compact Countertop Oven offers multiple cooking functions. Familiarize yourself with the control knobs:

• Botó de temperatura (superior): Sets the desired cooking temperature (Warm, 250°F - 450°F). Also includes a "Toast" setting.
• Botó de funció (centre): Selects the cooking mode: Broil, Air Fry, Bake, Toast, Turbo.
• Botó del temporitzador (part inferior): Sets the cooking time up to 60 minutes. Includes a "Stay On" option for longer cooking and a "Turn to 20 and then to desired time" for precise short-duration cooking.

Use the Air Fry function for crispy results with little to no oil. Ideal for fries, chicken wings, and vegetables.

1. Place food in the air fry basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. Place the basket on top of the baking pan to catch drips.
2. Insert the baking pan with air fry basket into the middle rack position.
3. Turn the Function Knob to "Air Fry".
4. Set the Temperature Knob to the desired temperature (e.g., 400°F for most air frying).
5. Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time. The oven will begin heating.
6. Shake or flip food halfway through cooking for even crisping.

Enfornar

1. Place food directly on the wire rack or in an oven-safe dish on the wire rack.
2. Insert the wire rack into the desired rack position (middle for most baking).
3. Turn the Function Knob to "Bake".
4. Set the Temperature Knob to the desired baking temperature.
5. Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time.

Bullir

Use for browning, toasting, or cooking thin cuts of meat.

1. Place items directly on the wire rack.
2. Insert the wire rack into the middle rack position.
3. Turn the Function Knob to "Toast".
4. Set the Temperature Knob to "Toast" (this is a specific setting, not a temperature).
5. Turn the Timer Knob to the desired toast shade (light to dark). The oven will automatically shut off when toasting is complete.

Calent

Keeps food warm without further cooking.

1. Select your desired cooking function (Bake, Broil, or Air Fry).
2. Turn the Function Knob to "Turbo". This activates the convection fan.
3. Adjust temperature and time as needed. Convection cooking often requires slightly lower temperatures and shorter cooking times than conventional methods.

Regular cleaning will extend the life of your oven and ensure optimal performance. Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
