1. Introducció

4. Instruccions de muntatge

Follow these steps to assemble your Perlegear Speaker Floor Stand. It is recommended to have a clean, flat surface for assembly.

4.1. Attaching the Poles to the Base

1. Carefully unpackage the speaker stand components.
2. Take one Speaker Stand Base and one Lower Pole.
3. Align the threaded end of the Lower Pole with the hole in the center of the base.
4. Screw the Lower Pole clockwise into the base until it is securely tightened. Do not overtighten.
5. Repeat for the second stand.

4.2. Attaching the Upper Pole

1. Insert the Upper Pole into the top of the Lower Pole.
2. Adjust the height to your desired level (between 30-44 inches).
3. Secure the Upper Pole by tightening the adjustment knob or screw located on the Lower Pole.
4. Repeat for the second stand.

4.3. Mounting Your Speakers

The stand offers three primary methods for mounting speakers:

• L-shaped Bracket: Use this method for speakers with two mounting holes on the side. Attach the L-shaped bracket to the speaker using the provided screws, then attach the bracket to the top of the Upper Pole.
• Keyhole Bracket: For speakers with a keyhole slot on the back. Attach the keyhole bracket to the top of the Upper Pole, then hang the speaker onto the bracket.
• Placa superior: For speakers without specific mounting holes or for larger bookshelf speakers. Secure the flat top plate to the Upper Pole, then place your speaker on the plate. Ensure the speaker is centered and stable.

Select the appropriate screws and spacers from the included hardware kit that match your speaker's mounting requirements. Ensure your speaker weighs no more than 8 lbs (3.6 kg).

4.4. Gestió de cables

The stand features an internal cable management system to conceal speaker wires for a tidy appearance. The cable hole dimensions are approximately 0.55"W x 1.18"H.

1. Before fully assembling the poles, feed your speaker wire through the top of the Upper Pole.
2. Guide the wire down through the Lower Pole and out through the opening at the base.
3. If your speaker wire has large connectors, it may be easier to feed the wire through before connecting the Upper and Lower poles.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. Ajust d'alçada

To adjust the height of your speaker stand:

1. Loosen the adjustment knob/screw on the Lower Pole.
2. Carefully slide the Upper Pole up or down to the desired height (between 30 and 44 inches).
3. Once the desired height is reached, firmly tighten the adjustment knob/screw to secure the Upper Pole in place.

5.2. Positioning Speakers

Position your speakers on the stands to achieve optimal sound distribution in your listening area. Consider the following:

• For stereo sound, place stands equidistant from your primary listening position.
• For surround sound, position rear speakers slightly behind and to the sides of the listening area.
• Ensure the stands are stable and not easily knocked over, especially in high-traffic areas.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Wipe the stand with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.

7. Solució De Problemes

7.1. Stand is Unstable

• Verify that the Lower Pole is securely tightened into the base.
• Confirm that the Upper Pole's adjustment knob/screw is firmly tightened.
• Check that the speaker is properly mounted and its weight does not exceed the 8 lb capacity.

7.2. Difficulty Routing Cables

• If your speaker cables have large connectors, it is often easier to feed the cable through the poles before fully assembling the Upper and Lower poles.
• Ensure the cable is not snagging on any internal edges. Gently push and pull the cable while rotating it slightly.
• For very thick cables, external cable clips (not included) may be an alternative if internal routing is not feasible.
